1.) Fitness Trainer

Job Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Fitness Trainer to join our team. The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for creating customized workout plans, providing guidance and motivation, and helping clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new and existing clients.
• Develop personalized fitness programs based on individual goals and fitness levels.
• Lead individual and group training sessions, including strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises.
• Provide advice on nutrition, wellness habits, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment.
• Instruct clients on proper techniques to ensure safety and maximize effectiveness.
• Track and evaluate client progress and make program adjustments as needed.
• Stay current with fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
• Encourage a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should preferably possess an OND qualification with 5 - 8 years of work experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.

2.) Facility Manager

Job Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

• The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of all physical assets of the organization, including buildings, equipment, and surrounding grounds. 
• This role ensures that facilities are operational, clean, compliant with regulations, and provide a safe and welcoming environment for staff, customers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, including building maintenance, cleaning services, and security.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Manage service contracts and vendor relationships (cleaning, landscaping, security, etc.).
• Supervise facility staff, contractors, and maintenance workers.
• Ensure all building operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and coordinate appropriate responses.
• Manage facility budgets, including maintenance expenses, repair costs, and capital improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and safety audits.
• Plan and coordinate facility renovations, moves, and expansions.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify needs for repairs and improvements.
• Ensure the facility is fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Recommend improvements for energy efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance supervision.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze costs effectively.
• Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and health regulations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient with facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies when necessary.

Skills and Competencies:

N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.

3.) Maintenance Officer

Job Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Facilities Manager

Position Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general facility maintenance, with specialized expertise in the repair and upkeep of gym equipment. 
• This role is critical to ensuring the safety, reliability, and optimal performance of all equipment and infrastructure within our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on gym equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, and free weight apparatus.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with gym equipment.
• Maintain maintenance logs and service records for all equipment.
• Ensure all facilities (e.g., lighting, plumbing, HVAC systems) are functioning properly.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Liaise with equipment manufacturers and service providers when necessary.
• Assist in facility improvement projects and renovations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance and gym equipment repair.
• Technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or a related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and preventative maintenance techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

• Physically demanding role involving lifting, climbing, and operating tools.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 perr month.
