1.) Lead Generation Specialist
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers (Hybrid)
Empoyment Type: Full time / Part time
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through various online channels (LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, etc.).
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase conversions.
- Create and manage outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation efforts.
- Maintain a database of leads and track engagement using CRM tools.
- Analyze lead generation metrics and adjust strategies for better results.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, cold outreach, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience in tech, website design, or digital marketing industries (preferred).
Education
- Bachelor of Science (B.sc/HND) Computer Science

2.) Ads Publisher Specialist
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Freelance / Full Time / Part Time
Work mode: Remote / Hybrid / On-site
Key Responsibilities
Ad Inventory Management:
- Manage and optimize available Ad spaces across websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
- Improve ad placements to enhance visibility, engagement, and revenue.
- Implement strategies to mitigate ad-blocking issues and maximize ad reach.
Campaign Management:
- Set up, manage, and track ad campaigns using ad-serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdSense, or other DSPs).
- Monitor ad performance based on key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and CTR.
- Adjust campaigns and placements based on performance insights to optimize ad revenue.
Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with advertisers and agencies to manage campaigns effectively.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and secure new advertising opportunities.
- Address advertiser concerns and provide solutions to improve campaign success.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, including programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), and ad exchanges.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with advertising standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. / HND) in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ad publishing, ad operations, or programmatic advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (DFP), AdSense, RTB, and ad exchanges.
- Strong analytical skills to assess ad performance and optimize campaigns.
- Technical proficiency in handling ad scripts, tracking pixels, and troubleshooting delivery issues.
- Excellent communication skills for working with advertisers and internal teams.
Certification
- Google Ads Certification (preferred but not required).

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for web design.
