1.) Business Development Manager

Job Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the loan industry.
• Analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
• Managing and monitoring the loan application process and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's loan portfolio.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies and campaigns.
• Negotiating loan terms and agreements with clients.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of loan products and making recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years of work experience.

2.) Lender's Mobilizer

Job Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Responsibilities

• Engages in regular research and reading to stay apprised about the state of the economy, global financial markets, and general current events
• Maintains current knowledge about financial products available to corporate and individual clients, including bonds, stocks, investments, and trusts
• Develops relationships with clients and expands client network in professional and social settings
• Uses complex financial models to project future earning and profit potential and uses this data to inform decisions and proposals
• Makes decisions about financial and investment opportunities on behalf of clients
• Works closely with investment analysts to assess financial information and investment opportunities
• Presents investment opportunities and related analysis while pitching proposed course of action in meetings with clients
• Takes on high levels of responsibility on behalf of financial institutions, corporate clients, investment organisations, and insurance companies
• Meets with an investment team, including analysts and other managers, to stay up-to-date about market situations and company decisions that may impact one another
• Specialises in a particular field or industry to aspire to achieve expert level knowledge.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of experience.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.

3.) Accountant

Job Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-4 years of experience.
