1.) Digital Marketing Lead

Job Location: Lagos


Description 

  • We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to build our online presence and implement online marketing campaigns crucial to our company’s objectives. If you possess a passion for digital marketing, we’d like to talk to you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing and campaign strategies.
  • Measure and report digital marketing campaigns (ROI, CTR, etc.)
  • Contribute to the organization’s blog.
  • Develop insights by studying trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create landing pages.
  • Design and maintain social media profiles.
  • Identify conversion and drop-off points optimizing user funnels.
  • Double website traffic within the next year.
  • Communicate with clients intermittently to learn expectations and satisfaction.
  • Employ best practices when performing digital marketing and associated responsibilities on behalf of the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing
  • Knowledgeable in SEO
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
  • Demonstrable experience in online ad tools (Google, Instagram, etc.

2.) Payroll Administrator - External


Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Reports to: HR

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, calculate and audit payroll ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll checks.
  • Capture all statutory deductions as prescribed by Nigerian labour law and relevant organisations/unions.
  • Promptly communicate all schedule of allowances due for payment to finance department for payment processes.
  • Promptly execute all post-processing audits to validate payroll accuracy and promptly make any necessary adjustments so that employees and other key stakeholders have an error-free payroll experience.
  • Prepare and provide pre- and post-payroll audit reports to identify and correct payroll errors.
  • Perform gross-to-net payroll calculation and advise the human resource department for contract issuance purposes.
  • Process all payroll related paperwork.
  • Prepare payroll estimates to advice finance and accounts for cash call requirements.
  • Ensure record-keeping compliance including filing/archiving/storage of Payroll records.
  • Liaise with HR, management, and employees on payroll matters
  • Provide payroll-related training and support
  • Make pay slip available for dispatch to staff/crew as at when due.
  • Verifying working hours and pay rates.
  • Handling payroll issues.

Key Attributes & Skills

  • Requires a degree in Accounting, Business Management, or other related discipline
  • Requires general accounting experience, preferably in a position that has handled payroll.
  • Requires a general understanding of accounting principles and transactions.
  • Requires a thorough knowledge and understanding of payroll processing and administration.
  • Requires the ability to interpret applicable company policies and procedures and labour law, applying them consistently and without discrimination.
  • Requires good verbal and written communications skills, in addition to effective interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of company private information, especially salary information.
  • Should have general understanding of tax laws and their impact on vendors and suppliers
  • Must have a general understanding of tax & other laws & their impact of payroll processing
  • Requires sufficient understanding of various accounting concepts to review and interpret accounting data.
  • Requires a good understanding of general office procedures and established policies relating to the position.
  • Must be able to use HRIS/Payroll and financial database software.
  • Should have a general understanding of tax laws and their impact on customers.

3.) Finance Controller

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilties

  • Preparation of management accounts, periodic reports and year-end financial statements and budget.
  • Oversee and supervise accounts receivables, invoicing and credit control functions.
  • Maintain good working relationships with tax authorities and auditors and tax consultancy for efficient business operations
  • Identification of adequate internal controls, procedures, mechanisms and their implementation for optimum business operations.
  • Routinely follow up account receivables and debtors by issuing monthly State of Accounts
  • Take part in preparing and updating departmental standard operating procedures and ensure their implementation in finance and control operations of the company
  • Oversee the preparation of annual budget, monitor and control its implementation and prepare periodic variance reports for management review.
  • Provide commercial support to other departments and functions – Procurement, Operations, BD, Maintenance, Projects, etc. as may be required
  • Work with HR department to manage internal and external staff payroll administration.
  • Prepare accurate and relevant project reports and investment appraisal for potential projects.
  • Familiarity with Petroleum Industry Act, Petroleum Profit Tax, and other industry-specific regulations.
  • Understanding of joint venture accounting and production sharing contracts.
  • Experience with vessel accounting and charter party agreements.
  • Support business development and management in new business initiatives, specifically assisting management in identifying new funding opportunities and determining cost effectiveness of prospective opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as statutory audit, remittance of taxes and deductions, annual filings and returns as wells as other regulatory requirements.
  • Investigation and analysis of project variances for management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions for the purpose of sourcing funds and negotiation of terms.
  • Must be a member of any the following professional bodies - ICAN, ANAN or ACCA or equivalent.

Key Attributes & Skills

  • Proficiency in use of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a must.
  • Strong numerical skills and an intermediate to advanced user of MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to ask relevant questions and provide thorough explanations
  • Team player with the ability to lead as well as work with other departments in the organisation when your input is required
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary / multinational environment
  • Critical thinking, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in high pressure, fast-paced project environment
  • Result oriented and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive and able to work independently, applying a structured and systematic approach.
