We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Digital Social Media Marketer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties
Social Media Strategy Development:

• Create, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and target audiences.

Content Creation and Management:

• Develop engaging content tailored for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Design and create graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance engagement.

Schedule and manage regular posts across all platforms using social media management tools.

Community Engagement:

• Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on time.
• Foster community relationships by participating in relevant online conversations and discussions.

Brand Management:

• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels.
• Protect and enhance the brand’s online reputation by managing feedback and addressing negative comments.

Analytical Monitoring and Reporting:

• Analyse social media performance using analytics tools to monitor engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness of campaigns.
• Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders to assess impact and inform future strategies.

Paid Advertising Management:

• Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and social media ads to increase visibility and engagement.
• Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, and optimize budget spending based on results.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work collaboratively with other marketing teams (SEO, content, PR) to align efforts and share insights.
• Coordinate with influencers and partners to assist in campaign promotion and brand awareness.

Trend Monitoring and Content Curation:

• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Curate relevant content from third-party sources to share with followers and keep them engaged.

Campaign Development and Execution:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with product launches, events, or promotions.
• Track campaign performance and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and results.

Social Listening and Feedback Management:

• Monitor social media channels for mentions, brand sentiment, and relevant industry conversations.
• Gather insights from social interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Training and Guideline Development:

• Develop social media guidelines and best practices for internal teams.
• Provide training to staff on social media usage and effective communication on platforms.

Utilization of Tools and Technologies:

• Leverage social media management tools for scheduling and monitoring.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track performance metrics.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 2 years of work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 monthly.

2.) Marketing & Content Creation Intern

Description 

• Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for branding, social media, and content creation? We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Creation Intern to join our team and grow with us!

Responsibilities 
As a Marketing & Content Creation Intern, you will:

• Assist in developing and managing content across all social media platforms.
• Create engaging visual and written content for campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness.
• Support day-to-day social media scheduling and engagement.
• Help with email marketing, blog writing, and campaign planning.
• Monitor trends and suggest creative ideas to grow audience and engagement.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (optional for passionate self-taught creatives).
• Passionate about marketing, branding, and content creation.
• Ability to ideate, script, shoot, and edit engaging content.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with content creation, basic graphic design, or video editing is a plus.
• Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Threads, Facebook, and Canva or similar tools.
• Creative with strong writing and visual storytelling skills, and also have a keen eye for design, aesthetics and video transition.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Open to learning and contributing in a fast-paced environment.

Job Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Daily Cleaning of Hotel Rooms
• Completion of Checklist and Room Inspection Sheet.
• Other duties as assigned by the business.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 5 years of work experience.

Salary
N35,000 - N50,000 / month.
