We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Accountant (Female)

Job Location: Ibadan / Bodija, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly and yearly reports.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Manage the preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations

Qualifications

• B.Sc Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience
• ICAN/ACCA qualification (partly or fully qualified is an advantage).

Skill Set:

• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
• Attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports.

2.) Female Housekeeper

Job Location: Ibadan/ bodija, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy up apartmentrooms, hallways, common areas, fitness and business centers,
• Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture
• Sweep, and mop floors
• Empty trash bins
• Change linens and towels and replace toiletries
• Restock cleaning supplies
• Report any issues that require maintenance.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a Driver.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• A clean driving record with no at-fault accident or traffic citation within the last 2 years.
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations.
