• We are currently recruiting for a sales executive role
• The sales executive will be result driven, responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. 
• Focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the real estate, construction, or related industry.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop client-focused solutions.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 Net (Monthly).

2.) Cinematographer / Video Editor

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Field: Real Estate
Work Type: Onsite (Mondays - Fridays)

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and shoot films and videos that capture marketing objectives for products and projects across outdoor and indoor locations.
• Work with the post-production team to ensure the desired effects are preserved and that the mood of the film is maintained.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film, and smooth running, creating rough and final cuts of the project.
• Insert dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects ensuring the production project follows a logical sequence.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years of work experience.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 Monthly.

3.) Graphic Designer

Job Location: Abraham Adesanya - Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: Full time (Monday- Friday)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a flair for social media managementto join our team in the real estate industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing compelling visual materials to promote our properties, services, and brand.
• This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for design and a passion for delivering high-quality content.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in graphic design(real estate experience is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with web design tools like Figma or Adobe XD is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects) are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
