1.) Center Head

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Administration:

• Provide visionary leadership to staff, faculty, and students.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center’s goals.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.

Academic Management:

• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure academic excellence.
• Monitor and evaluate teaching methods and learning outcomes.
• Foster innovation in teaching and learning practices.

Staff Supervision & Development:

• Recruit, train, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff.
• Promote professional development through workshops and training sessions.
• Build a collaborative, motivated, and high-performing team.

Operations & Finance:

• Manage the center’s budget, resources, and facilities efficiently.
• Ensure the safety and maintenance of the center premises.
• Optimize resource allocation to improve productivity and service delivery.

Student & Parent Engagement:

• Maintain high standards of student discipline and performance.
• Address student and parent concerns promptly and effectively.
• Promote a nurturing, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Community Relations:

• Act as a liaison with parents, educational authorities, and the local community.
• Represent the center in public forums and professional networks.
• Build partnerships with external organizations to enrich learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in educational leadership or school administration (minimum 5 years).
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, pedagogy, and school operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

2.) Automobile Instructor

Job Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Training:

• Deliver practical and classroom instruction in automotive systems such as engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
• Demonstrate the use of diagnostic equipment, tools, and repair techniques.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments aligned with industry standards.

Curriculum Development:

• Assist in updating curriculum to reflect changes in technology, tools, and industry practices.
• Integrate safety, sustainability, and efficiency into all training modules.
• Participate in curriculum reviews and accreditation processes.

Student Assessment & Support:

• Evaluate student performance through practical tests, assignments, and written exams.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support student improvement.
• Mentor students in technical skills, employability, and workplace readiness.

Workshop Management:

• Maintain a safe and organized training workshop.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are in working condition and used correctly.
• Follow and enforce health and safety regulations at all times.

Industry Engagement:

• Stay current with industry trends and automotive technologies.
• Liaise with local dealerships, garages, and manufacturers for guest lectures, site visits, or internships.
• Support students in job placements and industry certification preparation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Industry certification (e.g., ASE, OEM certifications) is a plus.
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred.

Job Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation:

• Develop and execute social media content plans across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, stories, polls, and reels.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for visual and written assets.

Community Management:

• Manage daily interactions with followers: respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
• Foster a strong online community and encourage positive engagement.
• Monitor brand sentiment and flag issues or opportunities.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and run targeted social media advertising campaigns.
• Track performance of paid and organic campaigns and adjust strategy based on analytics.
• A/B test creatives and messaging to optimize performance.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Use analytics tools to measure performance (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficient in platforms such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
