1.) Finance & Account Officer
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary
- We are looking for an intelligent, diligent, detail and result-oriented Finance Officer who has proven experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry with strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management practices to join our dynamic team.
- The Finance Officer will play a key role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing critical financial insights to support our growth and innovation in the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies/variances, and opportunities for improvement in fintech sector.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets.
- Prepare financial forecasts and provide variance analysis against budgets.
- Assist in long-term financial planning and strategy development.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate financial systems with operational systems.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes that could impact the company’s financial performance.
- Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
- Review and implement financial policies
- Prepare balance sheets and invoices.
- Conduct daily review of General Ledgers
- Preparation of Monthly CBN Returns
- Assist in the Preparation of Management Account
- Preparation of the Weekly Performance Report
- Assist in the Preparation of Asset and Liability Report
- Calculation of Effective Interest rate on Investment securities
Requirements / Preferred Skills
- Candidates should possess an HND / BSc or MSc qualification with 5 - 8 years of work experience.
- Experience with fintech-specific financial practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with emerging financial technologies.
- Self-Starter with the ability to work independently

2.) Civil Engineer (Construction)
Job Location: Ile-Ife, Osun
Job Summary
- The Civil Engineer with a background in construction who resides in Ile-Ife,Osun State to coordinate a project in Ile-Ife, for Six months.
- This role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with construction projects to ensure successful project execution, compliance with engineering standards, and adherence to quality, cost, and time parameters.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other engineers to develop and implement construction plans.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with safety standards and project timelines.
- Implement quality assurance protocols and safety measures to minimize risks and hazards on-site.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, changes, and issues encountered, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and other technical documentation for clients and management.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure material and resource availability for uninterrupted workflow.
- Monitor construction quality and provide solutions to engineering challenges that may arise during project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and testing to ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering within the construction sector.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (COREN) preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and MS Office; knowledge of construction management software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, structural analysis, and environmental regulations.

3.) Personal Assistant to Group Managing Director (GMD) - Account Background

About the Role
- We are looking for a sound, dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant, with extensive experience in Accounting & Audit to support our Group Managing Director (GMD)
- The successful candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills.
- This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to work closely with the GMD in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the GMD, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Conduct periodic risk assessment to identify operational and financial risks and recommend risk-mitigating measures.
- Identify gaps and recommend internal control measures, including to appraise the adequacy of control systems.
- Prepare and analyse project reports, data insights, and presentations for the GMD to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Manage the GMD’s correspondence, including drafting emails, reports, and documents, while handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the GMD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on critical tasks.
- Ensure protection of the organization’s assets against fraud and theft
- Verify the accuracy of financial statements, reports, accounting system.
- Support the GMD in strategic planning and organizational initiatives.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a PA role or similar, preferably in construction sector.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools such as SPSS, Power BI, accounting software or similar platforms.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA) is an added advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and construction/project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to work proactively, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
