We are recruiting to fill the position below:

1.) Cook

Job Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are in need of an excellent, hardworking and responsible Cook who will be responsible for delivering food that is not only delicious and cooked to the specifications of the customer, but that is safe and fresh as well.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.
• Grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods.
• Handle and store ingredients and food.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes.
• Occasionally serve food
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Accommodate guests’ special requests.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess minimum educational qualification with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

2.) Pastry Assistant

Job Description

• We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pastry Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is located in Warri, Delta State.
• As a Pastry Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pastry chef in the preparation, baking, and presentation of a variety of pastries and desserts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings.
• Decorate and finish pastries and desserts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are properly sanitized and stored.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.

3.) Pastry Chef

Job Summary

• We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pastry Chef.
• This position is located in Warri, Delta State.

Job Description

• To bake various desserts in a kitchen within a restaurant or bakery.
• Main duties include following recipes to create pastries, cookies and other baked goods, developing new and unique recipes to feature on the menu and keeping stock of the kitchen's inventory.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, working together with a Pastry Assistant.
• Prepare a variety of baked goods
• Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way.
• Identify staffing needs, help to recruit new personnel and train them.
• Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment
• Meet with customers to discuss custom-made desserts or baked goods for special occasions.
• Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess minimum of OND, HND or B.Sc with 1 to 3 years of work experience.
