1.) Video Specialist / Creative Director (High-End Quality Works)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Director/Video Specialist to join our Marketing and Communication team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering premium, high-quality video content and directing creative projects that align with the company’s brand identity and objectives.
- This role requires a creative visionary with expertise in storytelling, advanced video production, platform-specific content strategies, and project management within the construction industry.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Storytelling:
- Lead the creative vision and storytelling for all video content, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Develop compelling narratives that communicate the impact of construction projects and their value to clients.
- Ensure creative excellence in all deliverables, enhancing the company's reputation for high-end quality works.
Video Production & Post-Production:
- Create, direct, and edit high-quality videos, including promotional materials, client project documentaries, and social media content.
- Manage the entire video production process, from concept development to post-production (e.g., motion graphics, color grading, animations).
- Maintain a robust multimedia workflow and archive for all video content.
Content Creation & Platform Strategy:
- Develop platform-specific content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram, adhering to each platform's best practices.
- Optimize videos for discoverability, engagement, and audience growth across platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithms, and audience behavior to enhance content performance.
Channel & Project Management:
- Manage the company's YouTube channel and other video distribution platforms, including scheduling, SEO optimization, and analytics.
- Oversee multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align video content with marketing and business goals.
Quality Control & Compliance:
- Ensure the highest standards in video editing, including visual quality, sound design, and storytelling coherence.
- Maintain compliance with copyright regulations by securing rights for video, images, and soundtracks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Creative Arts, Film, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (strong portfolio and experience may substitute for formal education).
- Experience: 3-4 years of proven expertise in high-end video production, editing, and creative direction.
- Demonstrated experience managing video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Knowledge of the construction or real estate industry is an added advantage.

- Advanced proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Expertise in video production techniques such as lighting, sound design, and motion graphics.

- Strong storytelling and narrative development abilities.
- Innovative thinking to create unique, engaging, and visually stunning content.
Platform-Specific Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Project Management & Organization:
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in editing, metadata optimization, and archiving.
Analytics & Insights:
- Ability to track and analyze video performance, leveraging data for continuous improvement.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Passion for creating engaging, high-quality video content with a focus on brand growth.
Salary
300,000 - 400,000 Monthly.

2.) Quantity Surveyor
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor Consultant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on construction cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.
- They will work closely with project teams to ensure cost-effectiveness, value optimization, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, including risk analysis and project cost forecasts.
- Provide expert advice on procurement strategies, tendering, and contract negotiations.
- Review and evaluate contractor bids, proposals, and claims.
- Perform cost control and financial monitoring throughout project lifecycles.
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to budgets and quality standards.
- Negotiate and resolve disputes with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Prepare detailed project reports, including cost variations and projections.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, NIQS) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a consultancy role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using cost estimation and project management software (e.g., CostX, AutoCAD, Primavera).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering value-driven solutions.
Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 per month.

3.) General Manager, Finance and Human Resources

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented finance professional with proven experience in people management to join our client’s organization as the General Manager, Finance and Human Resources (GM, FHR).
- The successful candidate will oversee the finance and HR functions, ensuring they operate efficiently and strategically to maintain the company’s growth, viability, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including monthly income statements, quarterly management accounts, and annual financial reports in line with applicable accounting standards.
- Develop and execute robust financial management strategies while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and minimize financial risks.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to guide decision-making processes and support long-term organizational planning.
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting to optimize tax efficiencies.
Human Resources Management:
- Design, implement, and manage human resource policies and programs, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Oversee performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Address employee relations matters and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Leadership and Oversight:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the Finance and HR teams to deliver outstanding performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and integrity throughout the company.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights into financial and workforce strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role, preferably within an investment company.
- Certification: Must be a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of human resource management practices, including talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Compensation Package
- Annual Salary: N9,000,000
