1.) Executive Assistant

Job Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time (On site)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant for one of our Director, who is a Food Content Creator, also the CEO of The Mindful Moms and Hungry Dolphin.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role inprovidingprofessional and personal support to the CEO.
• The ideal candidate must be sharp, resourceful, and adaptable, with the confidence to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO’s social media presence and brand-related activities.
• Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and correspondence.
• Coordinate travel, events, and logistics for both business and personal engagements.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and team members.
• Anticipate needs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Social media savvy and comfortable working around high-profile individuals.
• Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must reside on mainland, preferably Ikeja, Maryland, Anthony and its axis.

Salary
N120,000 / Month.

2.) Production Associate

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Operating production equipment and machinery
• Ensuring the production line runs smoothly and efficiently
• Performing quality checks on finished products/projects
• Maintaining accurate records of production data and reporting any issues to the supervisor
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Maintain inventory of materials and report shortages.
• Proficiency in operating manufacturing/production machinery.
• Attention to detail for quality control and ability to spot the minutest errors.
• Keep accurate records of production and inventory.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Following production schedules and meeting production targets/deadlines

• First-degree / HND or its equivalent
• Experience working in a manufacturing/production or FMCG environment

3.) 3D Artist / Graphic Designer

Job Description

• We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Product 3D Modeler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Blender 3D and possess the expertise to translate conceptual designs into detailed 3D models.
• The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial design concepts to physical fabrication in collaboration with our skilled artisans.

Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling: Create detailed and visually appealing 3D models of marketing assets, including signages, gondolas, mobile bars, and free-standing units, using Blender 3D.
• Lounge remodeling, ability to conceptualize designs for bars, lounges and clubs and also supervise their transformation
• Design Interpretation: Collaborate with the design team to understand and interpret conceptual designs, ensuring accurate representation in the 3D models.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire product development process, managing the project from design inception to physical fabrication.
• Collaboration: Work closely with artisans and craftsmen to ensure seamless transition from digital design to physical realization, providing necessary guidance and support.
• Quality Control: Ensure that the final physical products align with the initial design vision and quality standards.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the design and fabrication processes.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of First Degree
• 2 - 5 years of proven experience as a 3D Modeler, project administrator with at least 5 years experience in an FMCG preferably in a visual merchandising or related field.
• Proficiency in Blender 3D is mandatory.
• Photoshop and corel draw or illustrator
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D modeling projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes and materials.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in fabrication.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
