1.) Retail Staff

Job Location: Lekki, Ajah (Lagos Island) - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Customer acquisition through sales of the company's products and services
  • Finding new Business as per the targets.
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets
  • Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales
  • Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in any field with 2-6 years of experience
  • Must have completed mandatory NYSC
  • Must have a flair for Sales/Marketing
  • Good communications skill
  • Very smart and articulate
  • Between 21-30 years
  • Must reside around the region or its environs(lekki-ajah)
  • Preferably Female for gender balance.

Salary

  • N62,000 / Month
  • Commission and HMO

2.) Sales Agent

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Distributing flyers and promotional materials in targeted areas.
  • Engaging with potential clients to provide information about organization’s services.
  • Collecting contact information from prospective clients for follow-up.
  • Ensure sales are made(Retail sales of internet services)
  • The role is target driven.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 1-4 years of experience.

Salary
N60,000 / Month.

3.) Solar Technician Trainee

Job Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking motivated and eager individuals to join our team as Solar Technician Trainees.
  • This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and develop skills in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
  • As a trainee, you will work under the guidance of experienced solar technicians and engineers to gain hands-on experience in the solar energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation of solar PV systems on residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
  • Learn to troubleshoot and repair solar PV systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Help with the layout and assembly of solar modules, panels, and support structures.
  • Support the electrical wiring of solar PV systems, including the installation of inverters and other system components.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of solar PV systems.
  • Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Assist in inventory management and preparing materials and tools for job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in electrical, mechanical, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labour.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced technicians.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and principles.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
