Job Summary


  • The Principal Sales Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. 
  • This role requires a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record in business development, market penetration, and closing high-value deals. 
  • The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior sales staff.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of high-value prospects and drive deal closures.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in [industry-specific experience].

  • The Head of Procurement & Inventory will oversee the procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations to ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality sourcing of goods and services. 
  • The individual will develop and implement procurement and inventory strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, drive operational efficiency, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement:

  • Supplier Management: Identify, assess, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors to ensure continuous supply.
