1.) Fashion Retail Sales Executive

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Job type: Full time

Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:


  • Processing customer orders
  • Scheduling orders for delivery
  • Preparing relevant export documentation
  • Preparing invoices for wholesale customers
  • Handling B2B and B2C customer enquiries
  • Maintaining a well-organised stock room
  • Delivering a high-level of customer service
  • Selling and upselling products
  • Helping the management team with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Basic Qualifications 

  • The successful candidate will have prior experience in either B2B or B2C customer service and have strong administration skills.
  • Minimum 3 years, quota-carrying, sales experience.
  • You will also thrive in a fast-paced environment and be quick to pick up systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience 
  • Knowledge of marketing
  • Experience selling into or working with marketing teams and their agencies 
  • Track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets 
  • Proven ability to successfully drive revenue via scaled selling across various designs and styles.

2.) Project Electrical Engineer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job type: Full time

Job Description

  • The company requires to fill the role of a Projects Electrical Engineer to manage the development of projects, contracting and supplies related to Electrical Engineering especially Grid power , generators  and renewable energies together with related equipment , installation and maintenance. 

Responsibilities

  • Professionally interface with clients and business partners to ensure that Company objectives are realised according to contractual agreements 
  • Drive Service success that exceeds customer expectations 
  • Provide Electrical Engineering expertise and best practice to projects definition , execution and documentation 
  • Participate and assist customers in designing projects , materials specification and standards and cost effective  implementation ensuing capabilities and value of projects are realised by the customer 

Qualifications

  • Electrical Engineering Degree or HND with at least 3 years of relevant experience 
  • Previous experience in power distribution and maintenance systems will be obligatory 
  • Evidence of strong interface with Orginal Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and be abrest with Electrical Engineering Standards
  • Knowledge of Power generators working principles and maintenance management will be an advantage 
  • Self motivated and ability to work effectively at all organisational levels 
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills 
  • Execellent analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 75% of the time 
  • Knowledge and adherence to all Company policies , code of conduct , business ethics requirements and ensure compliance with all laws , rules and statutory requirements in relation to electrical engineering sector

3.) Financial Accountant

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
  • Forecast costs and revenues
  • Manage tax payments
  • Organize internal audits
  • Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
  • Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
  • Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
  • Analyze financial trends
  • Perform month-end and year-end close processes.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Accounting / Finance and MBA is preferable
  • Preferred Industry background – Retail/FMCG/Oil & Gas
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 Years
  • Qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.

Skillset:

  • IFRS application, Reconciliations
  • Considerable exposure to ERPs
  • Transactions Review & Routine Financial Reporting
  • Fixed assets management
  • Cash flow reporting
  • Banking relations
  • Management of monthly book close in line with committed timelines
  • Periodic control reviews
  • Revaluation of foreign currency-denominated balances
  • Oversight on transactions management (AP, AR, GL, treasury)
  • Operations and commercial literacy.
  • Detail and process-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and follow-up skills.
