1.) Business Development Officer (Enterprise)

Job Summary


  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. 
  • The BDO will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive company growth.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, market research abilities, and a strong understanding of sales and business expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and business development plans.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand visibility.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
  • Track business performance and provide reports to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and economic shifts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

2.) Retail Sales Executive

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Handling B2B and B2C customer enquiries
  • Maintaining a well-organised stock room
  • Delivering a high-level of customer service
  • Scheduling orders for delivery
  • Preparing relevant export documentation
  • Preparing invoices for wholesale customers
  • Selling and upselling products
  • Helping the management team with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years, quota-carrying, sales experience
  • The successful candidate will have prior experience in either B2B or B2C customer service and have strong administration skills. 
  • You will also thrive in a fast-paced environment and be quick to pick up systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience 
  • Knowledge of marketing
  • Experience selling into or working with marketing teams and their agencies 
  • Track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets 
  • Proven ability to successfully drive revenue via scaled selling across various designs and styles.

Job Description

  • They are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dermatologist to join their skin clinical team in Lagos, Nigeria. 
  • As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will provide expert dermatological care to patients of all ages, diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Examine patients' skin, hair, and nails to diagnose and treat various dermatological conditions
  • Perform skin biopsies, surgeries, and other dermatological procedures as needed
  • Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatments for skin disorders
  • Maintain detailed patient records using electronic health record systems
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct skin screenings and provide preventive care education to patients
  • Utilize advanced dermatological equipment and techniques for accurate diagnosis and treatment
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology through continuous education and research
  • Provide counseling and education to patients regarding skin health and disease prevention
  • Participate in medical staff meetings and contribute to the improvement of dermatological services.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in dermatology
  • Residency training in Dermatology.
  • Completion of an accredited dermatology residency program
  • Board certification in dermatology
  • Excellent diagnostic skills and proficiency in various dermatological procedures
  • Strong knowledge of skin disorders, diseases, and current treatment modalities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Experience with cosmetic dermatology procedures is preferred
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and medical equipment
  • Commitment to continuing medical education and staying current with dermatological advancements
  • Valid medical license to practice in Nigeria.
