We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Content Creator

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• The role is based in Abuja and require residency in or around Jabi, Utako, Karimo, Lifecamp, Kado, or the environs.

Description

• Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for women's issues? Do you have the skills to bring impactful stories to life? We're looking for a dynamic Content Creator with the following qualifications:
• Technical Skills: Proficient in camera operation, video editing, graphic design applications, and online traffic generation. Experience with page development and stage management is a plus.
• Content Expertise: Ability to develop innovative and engaging content related to girls, women, menstruation, women empowerment, girls' education, youth employment, and related topics.
• Creative Mindset: A passion for innovation and a knack for storytelling.
• Digital Savvy: Knowledge of online platforms and best practices for content distribution.
• Location: Resident in or around Jabi, Utako, Karimo, Lifecamp, Kado, or the environs of Abuja.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies.
• Produce high-quality videos, graphics, and written content.
• Manage social media platforms and drive online traffic.
• Collaborate with the team on content planning and execution.
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in content creation.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a First Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 5 years of work experience.

2.) Online Store Manager

Job Location: Minna, Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• As an Online Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our online store. You will play a key role in driving online sales growth and building a strong online presence for the brand.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize online store:

• Oversee all aspects of the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
• Ensure a smooth and user friendly online shopping experience for customers.
• Conduct regular website audits and identify areas for improvement.

Drive online sales growth:

• Develop and implement effective online marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Run online campaigns and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

Customer service:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers.

Content creation:

• Create compelling product descriptions, website copy, and other online marketing content.
• Manage online store content, including images and videos.

Stay updated on industry trends:

• Keep abreast of the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Online Store Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and social media platforms.

Job Summary

• We are experiencing exciting growth and expansion and are looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team.
• We are currently seeking an innovative and results-oriented Recycling Officer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recycling programs for fabric waste generated during our production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recycling strategies for fabric waste.
• Explore and identify new and creative uses for recycled fabric materials.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote recycling initiatives.
• Monitor and track recycling performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest recycling technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
• 4-8 years of proven experience in textile recycling or related field.
• Strong understanding of sustainable manufacturing practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
• Passion for environmental sustainability.
• Resident in Minna, Niger state or willing to relocate.
