1.) Product Manager - Wealth Management / Private Banking

Job Location: Lagos
Employment: Full-time

Role Summary

• Renmoney is seeking a strategic, innovative, and experienced Product Manager responsible for the development, management, and strategic positioning of wealth management and private banking products, ensuring tailored solutions that grow assets under management, drive deposit mobilization, and meet clients' sophisticated needs.
• The Product Manager balances client-centric innovation with compliance, profitability, and competitive differentiation, supporting the bank’s growth agenda in premium and retail segments.?

Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage wealth management and private banking products including fixed deposits, bonds, commercial papers, and high-value savings accounts, tailored to individuals and SMEs.?
• Conduct market research, assess customer needs, and analyze competitor offerings to inform product strategy and pipeline.?
• Monitor product performance metrics (growth, adoption, profitability, cost of funds), regularly reviewing strategy to ensure AUM and revenue targets are achieved.?
• Collaborate with digital, compliance, operations, and sales teams to ensure products are secure, scalable, and regulatory compliant.?
• Support relationship managers and sales teams with training, tools, and product information, enabling them to drive growth and cross-sell across the bank's premium client base.?
• Develop product roadmaps, prepare business cases, and manage regulatory submissions and approvals for new products and enhancements.?
• Drive customer engagement initiatives, ensuring superior client experience and retention in private banking channels.?
• Lead quarterly product reviews, ensuring internal process alignment and continuous improvement around client satisfaction and portfolio profitability.?

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or allied disciplines); professional certifications in wealth management/financial planning are advantageous.?
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product development or relationship management, ideally in wealth/private banking or financial services within the Nigerian.?
• Strong grasp of financial market trends, regulatory frameworks, and wealth management instruments relevant to microfinance and premium banking.?
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in digital product analytics/tools is a plus.?
• Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions and grow profitable product portfolios.?

2.) Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Laravel & React

Job Location: Lagos
Employment: Full-time

About the Role

• You will play a key role in the continued development, maintenance, and support of our internal systems and the next phase of our internal tools.
• This role requires a self-driven, experienced developer who is thorough, structured, and able to work independently while taking full ownership of technical decisions and feature delivery.

Tech Stack

• Backend technologies include PHP, the Laravel Framework, MySQL, and a Docker Sail development environment.
• The current frontend stack is React.js.

What You Will Do

• Develop, maintain, and support internal systems and long-term internal tools.
• Take ownership of features, technical choices, implementation, and testing.
• Work independently as the primary developer while collaborating closely with the product team.
• Ensure detailed, thorough, and well-structured implementations.
• Think beyond code-first execution and take a product ownership mindset.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Laravel.

3.) Training and Development Specialist

Job Location: Lagos
Employment: Full-time

The position

• We are looking for a Training and Development specialist who will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational learning and development initiatives.
• You will be responsible for conducting thorough research on industry trends and best practices, identifying and conducting training and learning needs, designing curriculum and course content, delivering high-quality training both virtually and in-person, and optimising staff performance to support our mission of empowering our customers and driving organisational growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to ensure Renmoney MFB remains at the forefront of employee training and development.
• Collaborate with departmental heads and stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps within the organization, conducting thorough needs assessments to inform the development of targeted learning interventions.
• Utilise instructional design principles and methodologies to design engaging and effective training programs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
• Facilitate dynamic and interactive training sessions both virtually and in-person, utilising a variety of instructional techniques and multimedia tools to enhance learning outcomes.
• Work closely with HR and departmental managers to optimise staff performance through targeted training interventions, coaching, and performance support initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HR Department to ensure training initiatives align with organizational objectives.
• Generate comprehensive reports on impact of learning/training activities, participant feedback, and learning outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assist and Deliver training sessions in a variety of formats, including classroom-based, virtual, and on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, related fields or professional certifications in training and development is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development or training roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Very good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated facilitation skills with a track record of delivering engaging and impact training sessions.
• Knowledge of curriculum and course design models such as ADDIE and SAM.
