We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Ecommerce Operations Lead

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Strategic Platform Management: Ensure seamless operation and maintenance of our eCommerce platform to enhance user experience and drive sales effectively.
• Efficient Order Execution: Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment processes, optimizing logistics to ensure timely product delivery while upholding high service standards.
• SEO Strategy Implementation: Implement SEO strategies and employ keyword optimization techniques to enhance search engine rankings.
• Data Analytics Utilization: Utilize data analytics tools such as Google Analytics for comprehensive performance tracking and reporting.
• Website Design and Navigation Refinement: Refine website design and navigation to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Site Bounce Rate Reduction and Page Functionality Enhancement: Implement data-driven strategies to reduce site bounce rate and improve page functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Operational Efficiency Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes, thereby enhancing overall efficiency.

Desired Skills & Experience

• First Degree from a reputable higher institution
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role

2.) E-Commerce Web Developer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• E-Commerce Web Developer ensure that the online store is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
• Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable bulk packages in relation to working of the website.
• Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
• Scheduling and communicating intensive site maintenance, as needed.
• Ensuring the user experience is seamless, professional and intuitive
• Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the rollout of website changes.
• Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
• Teaming up with our Digital Marketing Personnel to increase the online presence of our website.
• Keep up to date on web developments and trends.
• Integrate web sites with other software applications.
• Implement coded solutions from specification documents, in a variety of programming languages.

3.) Ecommerce Fulfillment Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Ecommerce Fulfillment Officer is responsible for tactical day to day operations for Ecommerce fulfillment to executing strategic objectives of improvements.
• Monitor open orders daily, working with internal teams, and our logistics partners to quickly resolve and have orders shipped on time and fix orders that have issues.
• This will require day to day operational support to collaborate between Supply Chain, Customer Service, Admin and IT Teams.

Responsibilities / Deliverables / Outcome

• Run day to day business operations of eCommerce fulfilment by reviewing open orders and collaborating with teams to get orders out.
• Evaluate Logistics and Shipping partners performance and surface exceptions and issues to the correct parties for resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues relating to order shipments, ecommerce purchase, order fulfilment etc to Ecommerce Manager.
• Communicate to warehouses any special requirements in relation to customer orders as necessary.
• Liaise directly with the Customer Service Unit/Ecommerce Manager to resolve any customer complaints or issues as necessary.
• In addition, this position will be responsible for the documentation of order and returns, exceptions root causes to illustrate and get resolutions / fixes. This will be used to identify issues and drive process and system improvement requirements.
• Work with our Supply Chain team and category managers on improving backorder replacement and order exceptions to pro-actively prevent order issues.
• Track defects and develop full reconciliation of open orders to understand root cause.
• Partner with customer service team to understand consumer pain points and work on initiatives to improve customer experience.
• The Ecommerce Fulfilment officer will need to diagnose and understand the underlying operational issues and opportunities in the business and work on initiatives to address them with the Ecommerce Manager for resolution.
