We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Branch Manager

Job Location: Chevron Drive, Ajah - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The ideal individual is to oversee the daily operations of the branch, establish consistent processes, standards and expectations, to ensure ongoing performance within the company that will in turn help in the actualization of the company's set goals and objectives.

Other duties may include but not limited to:

• Make requisitions for stocks that are low in quantity and ensure that no drug expires under your care.
• Monitor and maintain close contact with Delivery teams to ensure orders are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
• Supervise daily cash remittance where applicable and ensure same is updated
• Serve as a storekeeper to ensure that drugs, frames, and cases are in order
• Give out items needed in the store, including cases, accessories, stationeries, drugs, and working tools.
• Provide your branch Pharmacy with all they will need to ensure smooth operations.
• Take appropriate records of utility bills every month and ensure payment is made to avoid disruption of service.
• Ensure all office equipment and work tools are working effectively.
• Ensure proper stock is taken for both items issued to you branch and taken out from your branch.
• Ensure bin cards are well balanced.
• have a close interface with members of your team to avoid possible gaps that might affect the business.
• Carryout proper maintenance of every machine in operation. Any issue or problem that arises should be escalated to the right office.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Master's Degree qualification
• 5-7 Years of Experience in same Job Position
• Candidates living on the Island will be given great preference.
• Not Younger Than 35 years Old
• Should be ready to resume immediately.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.

2.) Client Relations / Gallery Officer

Job Location: Chevron Drive, Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• We are currently looking for a Smart, Experienced and well-groomed Female to work as Client Relations/Gallery Officer in our Lagos Office.

Duties
Gallery Officer:

• Ability to Sell frames, lenses and accessories to customers
• Must Possess deep product knowledge of frames, lenses and accessories.
• Assist patients in the selection of eyewear appropriate to their payment ability.
• Discuss customer’s needs, occupation and hobbies to determine best frames to suit lifestyle
• Verify prescription glasses and notify patients when eyewear is ready for pick up.
• Maintain inventory of eyewear, accessories and supplies, along with the rationale for the ordering and selling of selected eyewear products.
• Enter data of eyeglasses, lens, contact lens and accessories ordered.
• Provide information on choice of frames and accessories selected by patient to Cash Department.
• Contact patients regarding their materials (i.e., frames, contact lenses) which are ready for pick-up.
• Work with patients to Educate them on how to use their new eyewear.
• Assist in the establishment and/or revision of guidelines, policies and warranties regarding the frames/ lens dispensary.

Client Relations:

• Welcome patients and clients into the clinic, getting personal details from them and registering them.
• Enlighten patient about our free eye check-up and persuade them to come have their eyes checked. Assign new patients to doctors after registration and redirect them to the procedure room and consulting room.
• Assists patients and customers with filling out necessary forms upon registering
• Study company’s competitors to find new ways to improve on our services.
• Carryout client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solution to remedy situation. Promptly escalate customers' complaints to the line Manager.
• Coordinate patient waiting area and ensure they see a doctor on time.
• Answer the phones promptly according to company guidelines.
• Up-sell and cross-sell services and products
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification with 2 - 4 years of work experience.

Compensation
The Pay is highly competitive subject to level of Experience.

3.) Optician

Job Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The optician’s main duties are to design, measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames for clients according to written optical prescription or specification.
• Measure customer for size of eyeglasses and coordinate frames with facial and eye measurements and optical prescription.
• Prepare work order for optical laboratory containing instructions for grinding and mounting lenses in frames. Verify exactness of finished lens spectacles. Adjust frame and lens position to fit client.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert service to customers regarding their optical needs.
• Measure, fit, adapt, adjust and repair eyewear. Repair frames by replacing hinges, nose pads or temples.
• Interpreting the results of eye examinations, using prescriptions written by Optometrists.
• Manufacture lenses in on-site finishing lab (when possible) to measurements taken.
• Verify that finished lenses are ground to specific.
• Grind lens edges, or apply coatings to lenses.
• Measure clients' bridge and eye size, temple length, vertex distance, pupillary distance, and optical centres of eyes, using measuring devices.
• Interpreting the results of eye examinations, using prescriptions written by Optometrists
• Adjusting frames so they fit properly
• Take appropriate markings on the patient’s frame and fixing with axis orientation.
• Prepare and deliver work orders to the laboratory for lens grinding and eyewear fabrication, as needed.
• Verify quality and measurements of materials returned from the lab.
• Maintain knowledge and awareness of current trends in eyewear and ophthalmic lens technology.
• Preparing orders for glasses and contact lenses by checking prescriptions, lens thickness and other specifications
• Making sure that orders for glasses and contact lenses have been processed accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Person

• Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification
• 1-3 years of cognate work experience.
• The person must possess a certification in opticianry.
• Experience using optical instrumentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mathematics skills for calculating vision angles and distances.
• Valid license to operate as an optician.
• Excellent customer service and sales ability skills.
• Knowledge of visual defects/anomalies and lens types
• Precision and excellent attention to detail.
