We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Digital Marketer 

Job Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging content that aligns with our brand and audience interests.
  • Run and optimize paid ads across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with creatives, designers, and content teams for marketing rollouts.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media strategy, and paid advertising.
  • Experience using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent content writing, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Experience marketing in the entertainment, music, or creative space is a plus.

2.) Senior Business Development Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with Spark Motion’s vision and goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage key accounts.
  • Collaborate with creative, production, and digital teams to develop client-focused solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with entertainment and media industry stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in entertainment, media, or digital industries.
  • A strong network within the creative, music, and multimedia ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

Workdays: Monday - Friday (Full-time)

Job Summary

  • Spark Motion is seeking a talented and versatile creative with proven skills in video editing and motion graphics. 
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong creative portfolio, and the ability to meet deadlines with high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and enhance video content for promotional and social media purposes.
  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.

Requirements

  • Proven portfolio showcasing skills in video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in Video editing software
  • Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Ability to work on-site (Monday–Friday) at our Abuja office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
