1.) Junior HR Business Partner

Job Location: Akowonjo, Lagos

Job Description


  • We are looking for a qualified Junior HR Business Partner to work closely with the Group HR to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they align with our business goals.
  • Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes
  • Ensure the maintenance of up-to-date employees records
  • Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and objectives
  • Provide periodic HR reports to the group HR
  • Identify employee training needs and implement a training calendar
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Work closely with Group HR to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems for all employees
  • Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Assist in providing daily HR guidance,analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Assist with compensation and benefit processes
  • Provide HR policy guidance Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

Job Requirements

  • BSc Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Candidates must have 3-4 years of experience
  • Proven work experience in Human resource management
  • HR Certification
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Experience with HRIS
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation full understanding of all HR functions and best practices

Salary
N250,000 monthly.

2.) Pharmacy Technician

Job Location: Akowonjo, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The pharmacy technician plays a vital role in supporting pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • They assist in preparing prescriptions, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare prescription orders, including counting, pouring, and labeling medications.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, doctors, and other healthcare providers.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain patient records and update information in the pharmacy database.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Follow all pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety protocols.

Job Qualifications

  • HND in any relevant field
  • 1 – 2 years of work experience.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
  • Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or in a healthcare setting is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and medical terminology.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing prescriptions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software systems.

Salary
N110,000 - N120,000 monthly.

  • The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the hospital's brand presence, attract and retain patients, and support the overall business objectives.
  •  This role involves collaborating with various departments to create marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the hospital's services, specialties, and unique value propositions to the target audience, including patients, referring physicians, and the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the hospital's services, including specialties, outpatient care, surgical services, wellness programs, and community outreach.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, outdoor, and events) to drive patient acquisition and retention, enhance brand awareness, and support service line growth.
  • Event Planning and Management: Coordinate and execute community outreach events, health fairs, seminars, webinars, and other events to promote the hospital's services and engage with the local community.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and provide a measurable return on investment (ROI).
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of target audiences, including patients, physicians, and community stakeholders. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and patient satisfaction data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Public Relations and Media Management: Build and maintain relationships with local media, develop press releases, and manage media inquiries to enhance the hospital's reputation and visibility in the community.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clinical departments, administration, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with the hospital's strategic goals and objectives.

Qualifications
