We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Experienced Executive Marketer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities


  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals
  • Achieve a healthy portfolio and deposit mix
  • Ensures a high level of customer engagement and services delivery
  • Understanding and selling of Bank ‘s products and services.

Requirements

  • Relevant financial background.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience.
  • Must posses a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field from a reputable University with minimum of Second class lower Division.
  • Must be between the ages of 26 - 30 years
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Must reside in Abuja (FCT).

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.

2.) Operating and Finance Lease Specialist

Job Summary

  • We seek an experienced Operating and Finance Lease Specialist to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the lease portfolio, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide financial analysis and support to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the lease portfolio, including operating and finance leases
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as accounting standards and tax laws
  • Negotiate lease agreements and ensure favorable terms
  • Monitor and report on lease performance and financial metrics
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide support to the business on lease-related matters
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lessors, lessees, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, legal, and treasury
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lease management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in lease management or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lease management software

Nice to Have:

  • Professional certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA)
  • Experience with financial modeling and data analysis
  • Knowledge of treasury management and cash flow forecasting

Job Summary

  • The candidate should have good marketing experience especially in fund mobilization from banks, financial institutions, Asset management, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the SME mall’s user base, increase revenue streams, and achieve growth targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to inform business development strategies and product enhancements.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and engage potential strategic partners, including ME associations and clusters, industry leaders, and complementary platforms, to establish collaborations and enhance The SME Mall’s offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective partners, stakeholders, and clients to foster long-term business partnerships and maximize opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicator (KPI’s) related to business development activities. Prepare regular reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Collaboration and Cross-functional Support: Collaborate closely with other teams, such as product development, customer support, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have obtained a BSc from a reputable and recognised university or abroad with at least a second class lower (2:2) degree.
  • Must have at least 3 years of work experience.
  • Candidate must not be more than the ages of 25 years.
  • Must look presentable in appearance as he/she shall be representing the organisation.
  • Must be creative, adaptable and familiar with the current market trends.
  • Must have an excellent collaboration and teamwork skill.
