Job Description
- In this role, you will be responsible for the design process, from conceptualizing innovative product ideas to creating detailed prototypes.
- Your responsibilities will include generating multiple design concepts, refining designs based on feedback from internal stakeholdersand developing functional prototypes to evaluate product performance.

Qualifications
- Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools like 3ds Max, Vray, AutoCAD, or Revit, and strong creative abilities.
- Project Management: Proven experience as a Design Associate or similar role, with skills in project costing and site visitation.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent people management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of the furniture, retail, or e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with furniture production processes.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively.

2.) Upholstery Supervisor
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Upholstery Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the upholstery department, ensuring that all products meet Taeillo's high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- This role involves supervising a team of upholsterers, managing production schedules, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in upholstery, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering superior products.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and Lead Team: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the upholstery team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to production schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all upholstered products meet Taeillo’s quality standards. Inspect work throughout the process and make adjustments as necessary.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. Implement best practices in upholstery techniques and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including design, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of the upholstery process within the overall production workflow.
- Production Management: Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines. Monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of upholstery materials, tools, and supplies. Ensure that materials are used efficiently and reorder as necessary.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety standards and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production status, quality control, and team performance to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in upholstery, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of upholstery techniques, materials, and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with other departments.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a furniture manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and materials in upholstery.
- Certification or training in upholstery or related fields.

Job Summary
- In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive informed decisions across various departments.
- Your insights will play a critical role in shaping our strategy, improving customer experiences, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management:
- Gather and process data from various internal and external sources.
- Maintain and update data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with different departments to identify data needs and ensure the collection of relevant data points.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can influence business decisions.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden insights.
- Use statistical methods to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations.
Reporting & Visualization:
- Create and present comprehensive reports and visualizations that communicate data findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Data-driven Decision Making:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support the development and optimization of business strategies by providing data-backed insights.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns, products, and operational processes using data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the furniture, retail, or e-commerce industry.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
