We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Operations Assistant
Job Location: Lekki-Ajah, Lagos (proximity to Lekki axis is key)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including vendor communication and purchase order tracking.
- Assist in project management, including planning, execution, and tracking of operational projects.
- Support logistics by monitoring deliveries, shipments, and inventory management.
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in daily operations.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements for enhanced productivity.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business operations.
General Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, or a Science-related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant operational tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

2.) Fullstack Developer (PHP, Laravel & MYSQL)
Job Location: Lekki Ajah / VGC, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Evaluating code to ensure it's properly structured, and is compatible with browsers and operating devices.
- Determining the structure and design of web pages.
- Developing features to enhance the user experience.
- Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
- Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
- Building reusable code for future use.
- Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Utilizing a variety of mark-up languages to write web pages.
- Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting
General Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Computer Science or related qualification from a reputable institution with at least 3 years experience in Web Development/Programming.
- Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, MySQL, jQuery, CSS, Java, JavaScript, AJAX, PHP, Laravel, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook), Networking Applications, and web-based applications.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization and multicultural/international environment.
- Microsoft or Cisco Certification is an added advantage.
- Proven software development experience in PHP.
- Proximity to Lekki axis is key.

3.) Account Associate
Job Location: Lekki Ajah / VGC, Lagos State (Proximity to Lekki Ajah is key)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- We are looking for an Accountant who combines excellent leadership and analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles as well as in-depth understanding of QuickBooks accounting software package.
- Ensure all payment of statutory remittance in a timely manner
- Assist with annual audit preparations.
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payables and receivables
- Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
- Preparation of salary and ensure disbursement on due date
- Monitor timely submission of Invoices
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Check figures, postings, and documents for proper and correct entry.
- Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports for management review
- Follow all company policies and procedures as well as maintaining confidentiality of company's information.
- Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures
- Perform other accounting duties and supporting team members as required or assigned
General Requirements
- BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields
- Minimum of 3 + years of proven accounting experience. (Relevant certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CMA are preferred)
- Hands-on experience in QuickBooks accounting software package.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax laws
- Excellent leadership, effective communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to pay attention to details and good analytical skills
- Gender: Female preferably for gender balance.
