We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Civil Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc

Qualification & Experience

• B.Sc / HND
• Minimum of 2 years, AutoCAD, Civil 3D.

Salary
N120,000 Monthly.

2.) Quantity Surveyor

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Understand the clquirements and quantities take off as per marking and RCP drawings
• Prepare BOQ by studying specification sheets from the sales team
• Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract for a logical closure
• Monitor and manage costs to ensure project completion within budget
• Advise clients on legal matters and disputes
• Coordination with the design team for analyzing architectural and service drawings
• Manage costs for projects from the design phase to the final construction stage
• Providing cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities
• Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations
• Work closely with the pre-tendering activities with clients, project managers, architects, stakeholders and raising relevant pre-bid queries from the given tender
• Prepare reports detailing costs and progress for clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project outcomes and achieve value for money

Qualification & Experience

• Candidates should possess a BSc/HND in any relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Project Management, and NIQS is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.

3.) Accountant

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements
• Financial Planning
• Reconcile bank statements
• Documenting financial transactions
• Conduct month end and year end closures
• Analyzing business plans
• Preparing monthly accounts
• Examine financial discrepancies
• Performing account reconciliation
• Resolving taxation issues
• Oversee other accounting activities

Qualification & Experience

• BSc/HND, minimum of 5 years, ACA is an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
