We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Technical Sales Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Work with solution partners to identify and develop high-valued, targeted products, technical solutions and services.
- Responsible for technology and product partners management.
- Design, documenting, manage & control the positioning strategy and road map of all technical products and services lines
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for the company’s sales goals, including increasing market share and growing the customer base
- Meeting with clients to determine their needs and preferences and explaining products and services offered by the company to drive sales.
- Preparing proposals and contracts to help secure new business opportunities
- Establishing relationships with suppliers to ensure that they have the latest information about products and services offered by the company
- Identifying opportunities for new products, services, or applications that will increase revenue or improve efficiency in operations
- Lead pre-sales technical support for new opportunities across the group.
- Support the development and implementation of all ongoing business diversification projects.
- Weekly technical reports to the management as required.
- Ensuring that all staff members are trained on product knowledge and customer service skills
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction with products and services
- Coordinating with sales staff to schedule appointments or demonstrations with potential clients
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for products or services
- Provides and ensures communication with and between project and constituent management at critical points in the implementation of the project plan
- Identifying, securing, and coordinating implementation of internal and external resources and expertise as appropriate to achieve project objectives.
- Providing strategic support and supervision to the OPCO’s project and technical team (Delivery team)
Requirements
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a relevant Technology / Engineering discipline.
- An MBA or MSc will be an advantage
- Relevant professional certification(s) required.
Knowledge:
- Blend of Technical Service Delivery, Project Management and Product Design/Development in Telecoms Environment
- Multi-vendor and multi technology technical knowledge
- Applicable knowledge of emerging trends in communication technology
- Industry standard optimization processes, tools and technologies
- Previous working knowledge of network planning and RF Technology is an advantage.
- Technical Sales management experience within the mobile telecom and IT industry is preferred.
Work Experience and Skills:
- At least 10 years of experience in technical sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in the telecom industry is highly desirable.
- Previous Technical Sales roles at Telecoms or IT OEMs e.g., Huawei, Nokia, Cisco etc. is an advantage.
- Hands on skills and experience in Telecoms/IT field.
- Knowledge of project/product management in a Telecoms environment
- Experience leading high profile customer engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good grasp of industry terms.
- Strong sales management skills.
- Leadership and people management skill.
- Experience in the telecom industry is highly desirable.
- Relevant professional certification(s) required.
- Proven experience in driving sales and innovation in a multinational or multi-country operation.

2.) Group Finance Manager
Job Location: Nigeria
Job Overview
- We are seeking a Group Finance Manager for our multi-country operation across Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management, planning, and reporting activities of the group, ensuring financial integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- The candidate will directly manage the Group finance team and Finance Operations while working closely with the Finance Director/CEO and liaising with country financial managers to ensure alignment with the company's financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise financial planning, budget management, and expense control for all country operations.
- Oversee the consolidation of financial information across all countries, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor the financial performance of each country operation, identifying areas of improvement and implementing action plans.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the Finance Director/CEO and senior management based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.
- Formulate and design financial policies/ planning for effective Balance Sheet management and efficient utilisation of financial resources.
- Formulate and design fees and/or pricing structure/ mechanism for products and services offered by the Company.
- Collaborate and lead the development of the finance system and reporting tools, ensuring they successfully meet all of the company’s needs.
- Ensure functional controls for compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements across all operating countries in relation to finance.
- Lead the development and use of forward-looking, predictive models and financial analyses to provide insight into the organization's operations and business plans.
- Develop annual, half-year, quarterly, and monthly financial forecasts.
- Review and evaluate business models/ funding.
- Coordinate timely preparation of group/entity cash flows.
- Engage with country finance managers to maintain consistent financial practices and processes.
- Work with the internal audit function to ensure the appropriate controls are in place for managing business risks.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree would be a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in finance roles with at least 3 years in a similar role in a multinational or multi-country operation. Experience in the telecom industry will be a strong advantage.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CMA, CFA, or CPA is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and experience in financial consolidation.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Proficient in using financial software and databases. Experience with telecom-specific software will be beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of financial risk management.
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
Preferred Skills:

3.) Country Manager
Job Location: Lagos and others
Duties & Responsibilities
Essential duties/key job roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for business development, growth, cost-effective and timely delivery of the company’s service products in country of operation.
- Responsible for the profitability of country operations and leads in identifying, cultivating and soliciting new businesses and relationships.
- Ownership of corporate branding / image, customer relations, optimum client SLA satisfaction and all related issues.
- Provides general oversight of all country activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and ensures a smoothly functioning, effective and efficient organization.
- Ensures the filing of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assists the Operations Director/Board, by providing inputs to determine Company’s values, mission, vision, strategy and short- and long-term goals.
- Collaborate and coordinate support functions (HR, IT, Finance) to ensure a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff.
- Promotes value-adding/profitable products and services that are delivered in a cost-effective manner, employing economy while maintaining an acceptable level of quality.
- Keeps the Board fully informed of county performance and all the important factors influencing it.
- Identifies and informs the Board about trends, issues, problems and activities in order to facilitate policy- making. Recommends policy positions.
- Ensures service quality and organizational stability through the development and implementation of policies, standards and controls, values and culture, systems and procedures, and regular evaluation of performance.
- Oversees the financial activities of the organization including budgeting, performance reporting (cash, profit and assets) and audit.
- Works with Board and Group Finance Manager to secure financing to support short- and long-term goals.
Expected Output

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- B.Sc. Electrical / Electronics or Computer Engineering, or any other areas.
- 8 years of progressive technical and commercial work experience including at least 5 at the Senior Management level preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum Working Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of the B2B customer decision-making and procurement processes.
Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:
- Excellence, integrity, creativity, team spirit, commitment, customer-centricity, empathy, safety consciousness.
- Must possess critical competencies in five (5) broad categories: commitment to results, customer centricity, business savvy, leadership and entrepreneurial skills
- Must possess knowledge of, and experience in business development, sales, management and administration, finance and HR.
