1.) Senior Sales Executive

Job Description
- We’re seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive with a hunter mindset, individuals who thrive on identifying untapped opportunities, engaging new markets, building strong customer relationships and closing new business at speed.
- Your focus will be acquiring new clients across specific market segments by understanding the needs of the key personas and how we help simplify and solve their international payment requirements.
- This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, isn’t fazed by pressure, and has deep experience in selling financial services or payment solutions to medium and large-scale businesses. Experience in cross-border trade or payments across Africa is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute a strategic new business acquisition approach: identifying, researching, and engaging high-potential prospects.
- Acquire new customers consistently every month from the import/export, freight forwarding, logistics, or trade aggregation space.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets across customer sign-ups, onboarding and transactions.
- ?Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., CFOs, procurement heads, logistics leads).
- Manage and well updated sales pipeline and deal tracking using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to support successful onboarding and activation.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform commercial strategy, market messaging and product development.
- Participate in key trade events to drive new leads and support the development of the brand.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling financial services, fintech, trade finance, or payment products.
- Proven success in winning new business and hitting client acquisition targets.
- Experience selling to importers/exporters, freight forwarders, aggregators, or trade-related businesses.
- Strong knowledge of international payments, FX flows, and African cross-border trade dynamics.
- Experience selling into other African countries (e.g., Ghana, Kenya, Ivory Coast) is preferred.
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced, target-led environment.
- Fluent in English. Fluency in French will be an added advantage.

2.) Sales Manager (FX)
Job Location: Lagos (Hybrid - office or client visits 2-3 times a week)

You will collaborate closely with treasury, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development:
- Identify and close opportunities with high-value clients and businesses (corporates, HNIs, aggregators).

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key networking forums.
Revenue Growth & Target Achievement:
- Own and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and refine sales strategies that maximize deal flow and conversion.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to leadership.
Client Relationship Leadership:
- Serve as the escalation point for key client accounts, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
- Provide insights to product and operations teams on client needs to shape offerings.
- Anticipate market trends and proactively engage clients with timely solutions.
Team Leadership & Coaching (Where Applicable):
- Mentor and coach Sales Executives to improve their performance and achieve team goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to recruit, onboard, and develop new team members.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, relationship management, or enterprise sales, with at least 2 years handling senior-level clients or managing a portfolio of HNIs / corporations.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value, complex deals.
- Experience mentoring or leading sales teams (formal or informal leadership).
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Established network within the Nigerian financial ecosystem and B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and drive measurable outcomes.

Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

- Track and report key sales metrics regularly.
Collaboration & Team Building:
- Work closely with internal teams (treasury, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. Preferably in fintech, banking, FX, or payments.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing HNIs or corporate clients, with evidence of achieving or exceeding targets.

4.)Strategy Development Manager

- The role requires strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and the ability to translate insights into actionable business plans that improve efficiency, expand market share, and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities
