1.) UI / UX Designer

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Brief

• We seek a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces for Digital content, Websites, Newsletters, Presentations and Mobile Apps.

Responsibilities

• User research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Designing user-centred interfaces for web and mobile platforms. 
• Collaborating with developers and product teams.
• Ensure seamless user experiences across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Ability to convert the Figma designs to HTML5, CSS pages and assets
• Strong understanding of UX principles and UI design
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile design
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

2.) Business Analyst

Job Location: Lagos

Job Brief

• We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to identify business needs, analyse processes, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimise operations and drive strategic initiatives. 

Responsibilities

• Track and report data
• Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
• Manage budgets
• Maintain a competitive market knowledge
• Gathering and documenting requirements
• Ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with business process modeling
• Proficiency in technical writing and documentation tools
• Strong understanding of software development and engineering concepts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Ability to create clear documentation (BRDs, use cases, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus
• Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly content
• Experience with content management systems and SEO best practices.

3.) Client Engagement Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Client communication and relationship management.
• Requirements gathering and analysis.
• Technical support and troubleshooting.
• Training and knowledge transfer.
• Project Coordination.
• Reporting and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in client management roles with fintech, banking or technology sectors.
• Relevant certification in customer relationship management, project management (PMP OR PRINCE2) or technical support (ITIL) are advantageous.
• Proven track record of working on software/platform deployments with large financial institutions or similar clients.
• Experience in managing complex client relationships and handling high-priority escalations.
• Understanding fintech solutions, with knowledge of instant issuance platforms or similar financial Technologies.
• Familiarity with industry standards, including PCI-DSS and ISO 27001, would be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
