We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Account Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Review the company’s accounting policies, from time to time, to ascertain their suitability to a dynamic business environment
• Managing the portfolio of the respective Sales accrued account holder.
• Preparation of supplier reconciliation.
• Maintain and record financial transactions at the business unit level.
• Oversee the assigned business unit financial resources so as to ensure efficient and effective functioning of its operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Record and maintain supporting documentation for all financial transactions at the business unit level /undertaking level
• Prepare monthly revenue report based on list of stock distribution to customers/clients.
• Ensure proper documents/bills are submitted to the accounts department for timely preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assessing the correctness of the claim, reviewing computation of stocks/goods amount and making necessary adjustments.
• Responsible for the input of financial transactions into the company’s accounting software.
• Ensure proper documentation of invoices and purchase order for the respective financial transaction.
• Monitor the Company’s various cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure that all inflows–cash receipts and collections from clients/ debtors are banked and variances if any, are reported appropriately and immediately, ensuring preparation of daily banking reports.
• Post sub-ledger entries and reconcile entries into the general ledger.
• Execute other duties as may be required by the immediate manager and other members of the management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a reputable organization.
• Good knowledge of current accounting software.
• Relevant Professional qualifications will be added advantage.
• Below 27 years.

2.) Production Pharmacist

Job Description

• Supervises all manufacturing and packaging steps
• Follow all manufacturing steps starting from dispensing till delivery of the finished product
• Calculation of production sheet of material chemicals quantity
• experience in developing drug formulations for conventional dosage forms.
• Excellent general knowledge of the pharmaceuticals industry in general.
• Responsible for any delay during daily as well as weekly work schedule.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy / Pharmacology
• Proven experience as a pharmacist
• Good organizing skills
• Excellent communication skills with a customer oriented approach
• Integrity and compassion
• Thorough understanding of dosage administration and measurement, chemical compounds, medical brands etc.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Pharmacy information systems
• Valid licence to practice the profession

3.) Quality Assurance / Quality Control Officer

Job Description

• QA/QC Officer will be responsible for supporting Quality Systems and both Operational and Quality teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing, Reviewing and documenting of all Quality documents like Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) of products.
• Operational knowledge on critical laboratory equipment like HPLC, UV, FTIR, AAS, dissolution apparatus, melting point apparatus, muffle furnace and other basic laboratory equipment.
• Chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, intermediate and finished products.
• Preparation and standardization of volumetric laboratory reagents.
• Ensure good laboratory practices.
• Analytical method development and standardization of laboratory test procedures on new and existing products.
• Calibration and verification of laboratory equipment.
• Maintain and update quality control trending data base.
• In-process Quality control of production process from dispensing operations of materials, processing and packaging of finished products according to cGMP and Company’s standard specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or other related disciplines
• Proven industry experience in Quality within a pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.
• Excellent knowledge of cGMP.
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivation, determination and confidence.
• Ability to work with or without supervision
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to details
• Excellent knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices.

4.) Microbiologist

Job Description

• Microbiologists undertake laboratory analysis and monitoring of microbial cultures, samples and drugs using specialized equipment/devices and a range of identification methods and clinical trials.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyzing samples collected and interpreting and recording results and data
• Carry out water analysis
• Ensure that all processes are done under cGMP compliant conditions
• Develop and execute test processes to ensure that all objectives are met.
• Collect samples and carry out all specified and relevant microbiological test on water, raw materials, bulk/in-process materials and finished goods
• Conduct environmental microbiological test according to cGMP specifications
• Implement and monitor test procedures to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the product at various stages.
• Identify and remedy defects within the production process that relate to microbiology.
