We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Site Quantity Surveyor

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for providing support to:


  • Quantity Surveyor in terms of detailed quantity take-off, progress measurement, and reporting, Contractor resources (manpower and equipment) monitoring – all disciplines.
  • Verify, challenge, or confirm the Contractor’s daily, weekly & monthly reports.
  • Challenge/validate the Contractor’s progress report relevant to the monthly payment application.
  • Highlight & record changes in quantities (omission/addition) in preparation for potential variation orders.
  • Lead Planning Engineer in terms of monitoring/recording the actual start and completion dates of each activity as per detailed Work Time Schedule.
  • Record work stoppages/delays at the work site and highlight the cause of delay/stoppages.

Main Responsibilities
In general, the Site Quantity Surveyor is expected to:

  • Support the Quantity Surveyor and Planning Engineer in collating data such as progress (all disciplines), actual start/finish dates of activities in line with the detailed Work Time Schedule, delays, and stoppages at  Project work sites.
  • Assist in developing forms, reporting templates, and monitoring sheets in line with the Contract requirements.
  • Produce detailed quantity take-off of all disciplines from Construction drawings.
  • Scrutinize, physically check, and confirm the Contractor’s progress report, manpower & equipment on site.
  • Check/Validate the Contractor’s monthly progress used for monthly payment application.
  • Prepare independent reports as required by the project.
  • Highlight & record changes in quantities (omission/addition) in preparation for potential variation orders.
  • Highlight & record work stoppages/delays at work site.
  • Record actual start and completion dates of all the activities in line with the detailed work schedule.
  • Perform other Planning & QS tasks required by the project.

Educational Qualifications and Skills

  • Professional Experience:  5 – 15 years
  • Experience in a similar position:5 years
  • Level/Diploma: Quantity Surveyor/Engineer, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial reports
  • In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
  • Experienced at compiling and following budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills
  • Knowledge of Company rules/procedures
  • Knowledge of International standards and norms

2.) Maintenance Planner

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the efficient and effective planning of all maintenance activities in the production facility. This role ensures that all equipment and machinery are maintained at optimal operating conditions to prevent downtime, enhance safety, and maximize production.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for all equipment, including rotating machinery, static equipment, pipelines, and electrical systems.
  • Create detailed job plans, including task lists, labor, tools, materials, and equipment requirements.
  • Prioritize work orders based on criticality, safety, and production impact.
  • Coordinate with operations and production teams to schedule maintenance activities to minimize production interruptions.
  • Generate and issue work orders, assigning appropriate priority levels and tracking progress through to completion.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in operations or resource availability.
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources, including manpower, tools, and materials, ensuring they are available when needed.
  • Work closely with procurement to manage inventory levels of spare parts and consumables, ensuring timely procurement of materials.
  • Review and process incoming work requests, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
  • Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential equipment failures.
  • Generate and present regular reports on maintenance activities, equipment reliability, and work order completion rates.
  • Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track and report on maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are planned and executed in compliance with company safety standards, industry regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Develop job safety analyses (JSAs) and ensure that all work is carried out following safety protocols.
  • Participate in safety audits and risk assessments related to maintenance activities
  • Implement best practices in maintenance planning and execution to optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime.
  • Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Work with engineering and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
  • Conduct regular planning meetings with key stakeholders to review upcoming maintenance activities and resolve any issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians and contractors.

Educational Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning within the oil and gas industry, preferably in a production facility.
  • Certification in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling (e.g., SMRP, CMRP) is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of maintenance processes and equipment in oil and gas production facilities.
  • Knowledge of rotating and static equipment, electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Ability to analyze maintenance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as API, ISO, and OSHA.
  • Strong experience with CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo) and proficiency in scheduling software.
  • Proven track record in resource management, work order management, and planning of preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong commitment to safety, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with maintenance activities.

3.) Human Resource Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos
Industry: Oil & Gas

Job Description

  • The HR Supervisor will provide the full breadth of the HR Support to the company’s business.
  • The individual will consult with the line management, provide daily HR guidance, analyze trends and metrics, resolve complex employee relations issues, proffer and deploy strategies to improve work relationships and productivity of staff members and align HR practices with business goals to support the organization’s success.

Main Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Development:

  • Coordinate recruitment process, review applications/resumes; assist with screening applicants.
  • Coordinate new hire paperwork to ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.
  • Partner with managers to plan,  analyze, and develop staffing needs and determine organizational structure.
  • Identify employee needs regarding performance, training, and career development.
  • Make recommendations accordingly to line managers and the head of Business.

Performance Management:

  • Help drive the creation of awareness of the  Performance Management system and its processes in the company.
  • Monitor performance evaluation process for E & P and OFSE entities.
  • Provide support to Line Managers in creating SMART goals that are reflective of the organization’s top-line objective.

Process Management, Statutory Compliance & Reporting:

  • Provide direct support to the HR  business partner in organizational design, Change  Management, succession planning,  and learning & development activities.
  • Create innovative approaches, policies,  and procedures to effect continual  improvements in HR efficiency in service delivery to all stakeholders
  • Support the Senior HR Business Partner regarding statutory engagements with  NAPIMS  on Budget and  Performance & governance activities. 

Employee Relations:

  • Champion entity-specific culture integration of new employees in Upstream in Line with the company culture.
  • In addition to the Group’s efforts, create and deploy entity-specific Employee engagement activities and initiatives to keep staff members in our various business locations motivated and build trust.
  • Develop and implement relevant communications strategies and activities that contribute to raising awareness of HR Initiatives, policies, and culture amongst staff members.
  • Create and deploy strategies and solutions that support organizational transformation in achieving and sustaining high staff engagement and performance levels.

Educational Qualifications and Skills

  • A B.Sc degree in Social Science discipline or any other relevant field
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience with  relevance to human resource generalist role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be detail-oriented with good analytical skills
  • Time management skills and strong planning skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team and build effective working relationships with internal and external clients.

4.) Sales & Marketing Manager
