Experienced, proactive and knowledgeable professional with background in engineering, facility management, maintenance of high-rise buildings, serviced apartments, commercial properties, malls, government secretariats, hospitals, hotels, schools, public facilities, etc.. emphasis on cleaning, installation and maintenance of central, split and window air-conditioning, elevators, fire safety, masonry, plumbing, water supply, electrical works, security of premises and surroundings.
