Job Position: Business Strategist

Job Summary

• The job of a business strategist is to develop functional strategies that reach business goals and improve profit for a company.
• The major responsibilities are to work with clients to understand their business goals, conduct research, analyze current data, review staff performance, and help an organization implement positive changes.
• A business strategist collaborates with multiple departments and should have a comprehensive understanding of the company as a whole.
• The Business strategist may also be tasked with communicating this strategy to other employees in their company.
• This helps ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goal.

Responsibilities
A business strategist typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Creating marketing strategies that incorporate branding, messaging, pricing, and distribution channels to achieve business goals
• Developing new business opportunities by researching industry trends, identifying potential markets, and analyzing customer needs
• To consistently demonstrate understanding of clients’ expectations through development of effective proposals and campaigns that aligns to the Agency’s overall content & creative services strategy
• To oversee assigned projects throughout its lifespan to ensure adherence to budget expectations and conclusion of each project with an impressive case study.
• To formulate effective communication and execution strategies for winnable and efficient campaigns that aids the achievement of clients’ business objective.
• Internal collaboration with the creative team to design internally-led brand products that can be archived and utilized retroactively.
• Collate & compile thorough on-brand case study reports for clients & for internal purposes.
• Developing operational plans to ensure efficient use of company resources while achieving business goals
• Developing and implementing a strategic plan that aligns with organizational goals
• Measuring the success of business strategies through metrics such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention rates
• Conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth within existing markets or identification of new markets to enter
• Identifying environmental factors that could impact the organization’s ability to achieve its goals, and recommending solutions to mitigate risk.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a reputable brand consulting/fin-tech, FMCG or Advertising company with proven experience in developing winning branded strategy content proposals/campaigns and client-facing communications.
• Relevant professional certification an added advantage.

N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.

Job Position: I.T Support Specialist

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Principal Functions

• Responsible for an information technology specialist can include network management, software development and database administration.
• IT specialists may also provide technical support to a business or an organization's employees and train non-technical workers on the business's information systems and maintain the company network.
• Responsible for diagnoses and troubleshoot of software problems include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and connect to company network.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Testing and modifying systems to ensure that they operate reliably.
• Consulting, ascertain needs and ensure that facilities meet project requirements.
• Ensure that users within the business can work effectively and efficiently by providing the right support in terms of Internet service and IT work tools.
• Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means
• Implementing and managing security or integrity and backup procedures.
• Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
• Managing secure network access for local and remote users.
• Keeping up to date with new technology.
• Coordinate between the company and external vendors and contractors about IT-related infrastructure and development;  
• Manage IT related platforms and databases to ensure integrity of data at all times.
• Designing maintenance procedures and putting them into operation.
• Consult with the Management on any issues that might come up and advise about potential fixes or efficiency controls
• Selecting and purchasing appropriate hardware and software and also Manage departmental budget and quotas
• Create email address for new employees.
• Ensuring software licensing laws are followed.
• Scheduling upgrades.
• Providing user training, support, advice and feedback.
• Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete.
• Monitoring computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved.
• Providing network administration and support. Responsible for servers and access points
• Assist the I.T Support engineer in resolving hardware challenges, assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or its equivalent
• 3 - 4 years of experience with hardware and software installation and maintenance.
• Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems and software.
