1.) Bank Channel Agent
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the achievement of Agent Banking targets and overall business performance of the Bank’s Agent Network.
- Responsible for the growth and expansion of the Bank’s Agent Network Monitor and ensure adherence to internal policies and all Regulatory/compliance policies related to Agent Banking Work with all critical stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the Agent Banking and Financial Inclusion strategies of the Bank.
- Work with all relevant stakeholders in ensuring the successful implementation of marketing, sales and activation plans.
- Work with the commercial department to continually create/innovate products for sustainable growth in Target customer’s Wallet and market share.
- Implement market activations that will increase transactions and lead to increased competitiveness and brand visibility.
- Work closely with the Point of sales Mobilizations in achieving the bank’s deposit target.
- Follow up process for opening accounts for potential customers of the bank especially customers mobilized through market storm.
- Perform other duties as required, consistent with the goals, objectives, and responsibilities of the bank.

2.) Relationship Officer
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through databases, cold calling, follow up leads and telephone/personal contacts etc.
- To sell Personal EDFIN microfinance products to the specified target customers/segments and meet monthly sales targets.
- To contact potential customers and convince them about the bank’s product offerings.
Ensuring that the conclusions on all the business sourced on Telesales leads, should be reported to SRM - To ensure that code of the conduct as per the bank bank’s policy are adhered to
- To ensure that all the documents provided by the customer for completion the card applications are duly checked and forwarded to the relevant bank officers.
- To ensure that I do the documents original sighting as laid out in the original sighting guidelines of the KYC policy of the bank.
- To ensure that the sales process prescribed by the bank is fully adhered to.
- Verify that potential customers satisfy all criteria required of a desired customer profile as outlined by the bank.
- To ensure that prospects are clearly communicated about the bank charges/terms and conditions.
- To ensure “Know Your Customer” requirements as prescribed by the bank are duly adhered to. All the legal and compliance guidelines provided by the bank are adhered to.
- Data confidentiality and secrecy norms of the bank are adhered to.
- To ensure that no customer application is misplaced and is kept in safe custody.
- Derive insight to competitor’s sales activities and effectively report them to the Sales Manager/Relationship Manager.
- Maintain accurate and up to date activity records.
- Maximize sales referral opportunities by working with customer service colleagues.
- Is responsible for delivering service to customers that is synonymous with the consumer brand experience being promoted by the organization.
- To ensure performance as per the performance management criteria.
Salary
- N100,000 monthly

3.) Corporate Sales Executive
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- The Corporate Sales executive is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate customers in the tyre market to gain patronage. The individual must have must have past experience in sales of heavy machinery and paint, spare parts and batteries with secondary sales. with a good network base in the B2B sphere.
- Manage accounts through the full sales lifecycle beginning with business development, prospecting and requirements definition through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support.
- Act as the single point of contact for partner and direct customers and assume accountability and responsibility for escalation of issues to appropriate departments and personnel
- Participate in weekly activity and pipeline review calls, provide activity, and account updates as requested.
- Scout and develop new business leads across the various needing industries .
- Contribute to the creation and leveraging of marketing assets.
- Capture client feedback and transfer/explain it to the service teams.
- Monitor and analyze sales, adoption and engagement metrics.
- Set, track and achieve/exceed sales, adoption and engagement targets, aligned with company objectives, over 3-monthly periods.
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
- Be the trusted partner and the single point of contact for accounts and coordinate the activities that help them achieve and experience long-term success with the company’s value propositions.
- Suggest actions to improve sales and engagement performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of demonstrable track record in a Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales or Account manager capacity;
- Having successfully sold to multinational companies will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in client engagement and an ability to deliver high-touch VIP customer service.
- Experience in sales and engagement performance metrics and how to act on them.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- High, positive energy and an ability to orchestrate and sustain a rich cadence of client activities, such as on-site presentation sessions, webinars, etc.
- Analytic skills and ability to work hands-on with data is a strong asset
- Willingness to travel.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
