Our source of energy ensures conservation of energy and quick power supply for immediate utilization for end users. O J Wale Pillars Metal and Tech Limited was registered on 24th of April 2015 with the Corporate Affairs Commission. However, we have been in the Solar energy business since 2010 (10 years ago), while Battery Hunters Limited as subsidiary was registered on 19th July, 2019. At O J Wale Pillars Metal and Tech Limited, we are known for innovative and exceptional after-sales service and support for all our Clients and customers through our seasoning Engineers and Customers Service representatives as we provide alternative energy solutions to each home, organizations, schools, industries, government agencies and non-governmental parasternal.

Our source of energy exists from Nature and that makes it absolutely free from causing any harm to the end user. No air pollution, No noise pollution and Nature does not fail.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Oshodi / Mafoluku, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsiblities

  • Greet customers warmly.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing and ensure Company is not losing money
  • Market and convert to sales all Company Products either New products or Scrap and services to all prospective customers.
  • Assist in Preparing invoice and receipt with all other Vouchers as peculiar to our business for all transactions and manage returns of merchandise with proper documentation.
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges and take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale and Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions and Handle product recalls.
  • Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancelation and inform customer of deals and promotions
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes and Work with Sales Reps and Purchasing Officer across all our branches to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Provide customer feedback to the Management for seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and price.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 3 - 4 Years of experience.

Salary

  • N100,000 - N120,000 per month.

2.) Account Officer

Job Location: Oshodi / Mafoluku, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Maintaining financial records and timely processing of banking transactions.
  • Reconciling daily sales transactions on available software and bank statements.
  • Reconciling all purchases on available software with the daily purchase book.
  • Reconciling weekly stock movement (in conjunction with the Inventory Manager).
  • Refunds and Petty cash monitoring.
  • Make an accurate day-to-day entry of inappropriate ledgers for all business transactions.
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Timely and accurate keeping of financial records.
  • Produce a weekly summary of income and expenditure for each outlet and Logistics unit.
  • Reconcile all purchases on available software with the daily purchase book.
  • Perform bank reconciliation of daily and monthly revenues.
  • Posting of daily office running expenses and daily cash received for scrap purchased
  • Posting of scrap transaction vouchers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of bank accounts.
  • Participate in periodic stock-taking and ensure accurate data records.
  • Check out and give an immediate alert to the Head of Account/Finance Manager whenever you notice any error of overpayment, underpayment, omission, commission and compensation error.
  • Adherence to established cash management procedures.
  • Effective expense management.
  • Attend to another assignment as may be assigned by the Management or Superior Officer.

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the Accounting field.
  • Solid understanding of basic Bookkeeping and Accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of accounting and software is an advantage.
  • Data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
  • Time management.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and other relevant accounting/inventory software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism and organization skills.
  • Prerably a female for gender balance.

3.) Finance Manager

Job Location: Oshodi / Mafoluku, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

  • The Finance Manager reports directly to the GM and MD/CEO and oversees all activities of the accounts department and is involved in the supervision and management of general accounting activities, analyses and the maintenance of effective financial internal controls while ensuring statutory compliance in all accounting initiatives.

Job Description

  • Plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy.
  • Lead the documentation of all financial transactions by entering account information for various arms of the company.
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information, prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statements and other reports.
  • Monitor revenue and expenses in compliance with stipulated budget.
  • Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
  • Handle the company’s transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting
  • Check figures, postings, and documents for proper and correct entry.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual audit preparations.
  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payables and receivables
  • Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance.
  • Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
  • Monitor and analyze financial accounting data
  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts. Keep and maintain a fix assets register.
  • Liaise with banks to resolve financialrelated issues.
  • Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports for management review
  • Coordinate, plan, assign and review staff’s work.
  • Perform other accounting duties and supporting team members as required or assigned by the GM or MD/CEO

Requirements / Skills

  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on accounting experience at the Senior level; certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CMA is a Must
  • Superior data management and data analysis skills
  • Familiar with Accounting and Inventory softwares
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must be process and goal driven, customer-oriented, results-oriented, self-motivated
  • Experience in working with accounting software and databases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced MS Excel and Words
  • Detail oriented with a passion for accuracy
  • Excellent leadership, effective communication, and presentation skills
  • Not more than 45years of age
  • Knowledgeable in Nigeria companies Tax Law and application.

Salary
N280,000 - N300,000 monthly.
