We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Guard Coordinator

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise the work activities and performance of designated guards.
  • Maintain work schedules, records, or reports of designated guards.
  • Manage or oversee security facilities and equipments at designated workplace.
  • Operate and instruct others in proper operation of security devices.
  • Ensure constant contact is established with the client.
  • Assist the HR department in recruitment of guards at their various zones.
  • Market the company at any available opportunity.
  • Must organize ad-hoc training for the guards occasionally.
  • Must write weekly, monthly report and incident report where necessary.
  • Must be ready to take responsibility on every of his location in respective of the time.

Qualification and Skills Required

  • Minimum of BA / BSc / HND in any Management / social sciences.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a renowned security organization.
  • Experience in military work will be an advantage.
  • Must provide reference for contact in last place of work.
  • Must be able to work with less supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Career and occupational resources, trends, and opportunities.
  • Correct English usage, oral and written communication skills
  • Age: 35 - 45 years.
  • Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
  • Knowledge of record-keeping techniques.

2.) Pilot / Driver

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To drive and maintain the assigned operational vehicle of the company.
  • To maintain the assigned vehicle(s) by keeping them clean and in a running state.
  • Take care of assigned vehicle (s) by sending them to the company’s garage for repairs when due for services.
  • Ensure that all the vehicle’s documents are updated timely.
  • Abide by the FRSC and other regulating rules and regulations laid down by the authorities to avoid any mishaps/ accidents.
  • Ensure that you take care for the safety of those who are traveling with you in the vehicle.
  • Perform any other assignment as would be determined by the Shift or operations manager.
  • Maintain an accident-free record by driving within the stipulated rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of SSCE is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of Proven experience as a Driver
  • A valid driver’s license
  • A clean driving record
  • Knowledge of Lagos roads and neighborhoods
  • Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
  • A polite and professional disposition
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)

Salary
N70,000 monthly.

3.) Control Room Operator

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor live CCTV footage and effectively identify any suspicious activities or security breaches.
  • Operate and control the CCTV system, including adjusting camera angles, zooming in and out, and recording incidents as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities observed on CCTV.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to respond promptly to potential security threats or emergencies.
  • Conduct routine checks and tests of the CCTV system to ensure its proper functioning and report any faults or issues to the appropriate authorities.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and security protocols to maintain confidentiality and integrity of CCTV recordings.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, if necessary, by providing them with CCTV footage and assisting with investigations.
  • Report any security breaches, incidents, or violations to the Security Supervisor or Manager.
  • Assist in training and educating security staff on the proper use and operation of the CCTV system.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in CCTV technology and security procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as required during working hours.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Candidates should possess an OND, C&G, or Trade Test II & I in ICT or Computer;
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in operating and controlling CCTV systems, with knowledge of different camera types and setups.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
  • Good understanding of privacy laws and regulations related to CCTV operation.
  • Strong observation and analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential security threats or suspicious activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, High Energy Level;
  • Extrovert personality;
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines;
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Self-motivated and accustomed to working with minimum supervision;
  • Ability to operate in challenging and remote work locations.

Salary
70,000 Monthly.
