We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Management Account Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • The Management Account Officer shall work with the Head of Management Accounts Unit to supervise and coordinate the activities of all BSN warehouses and depots in Nigeria towards guaranteeing profitable stocking of Scriptures.
  • S/he shall reconcile stock via the Sage accounting package, ensure efficient product positioning, prepare relevant accounting information to assist management in its planning, controlling, and decision-making activities from time to time, and ensure prompt payment of staff salaries and other statutory remittances on a monthly basis.
  • He / she shall ensure that all policies in line with stock administration and payroll administration, among others, are duly followed.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly stock reconciliation pan-Nigeria
  • Monthly reconciliation of cash control pan-Nigeria to reflect nil balance
  • Good product positioning pan-Nigeria
  • Escalate missing or damaged inventory to Supervisor
  • Preparation of Junior/Intermediate staff payroll on monthly basis
  • Preparation of statutory deductions for remittance to relevant authorities on monthly basis
  • Filing of annual tax returns to relevant authorities

2.) Head of Operations (HOP)

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • The Head of Operations (HOP) co-ordinates the activities of the Ibadan Bible Guest House Research & Development Centre (IBGHRDC). S/he sees to the effective and strategic management, marketing, and upward growth of the BGHRDC.
  • S/he sees to the effective management and motivation of the staff towards improved productivity, excellent service delivery and value contribution.
  • S/he ensures aggressive marketing of the organization towards achieving a quantum leap in both patronage and revenue generation. S/he shall be accountable for planning, budgeting, financial management, and direct the IBGHRDC operations.

Responsible to and Direct Reports:

  • Responsible to the Director of Operations of the BGHRDC and shall have the head of the departments of IBGHRDC as his/her direct reports for effective management, business decisions and productive running of the IBGHRDC’s operations.

Role Relationship:

  • The HOP shall relate from time to time with the relevant stakeholders within and outside the organization on matters relating to the management of the IBGHRDC.

Personnel Specifications

  • A Higher National Diploma or First Degree in Catering & Hotel Management or related discipline is a must.
  • Minimum of 7 years of cognate experience in renowned Christian guest house management
  • A master's degree in either Business Administration, or a member of relevant professional bodies would be an advantage.
  • The suitable person must have excellent knowledge of hospital industry and management, strong leadership and communication skills, aggressive and strategic marketing drive, strong analytical mind, and logistical planning skills, possess financial acumen, and social skills with ability to balance customer and business priorities.

3.) Driver

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective and efficient use as well as proper handling of any assigned vehicle for optimum function always.
  • Ensures assigned vehicle documents are valid, complete and up to date always.
  • Ensure prompt servicing of assigned vehicles and monitoring of same for quality delivery.
  • Reports any noticed faults, breakdown or part defect in the vehicle immediately and follow up until repair or replacement is perfectly done.
  • Ensure the correct and appropriate use of the vehicle for its intended purpose(s)

Requirements

  • Candidate should be a Senior School Certificate holder.
  • He must have a minimum of 5 years of driving experience, possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must be a person of integrity, good character, disciplined, and has good knowledge of traffic codes and signs.
