We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Executive Assistant
Job Location: Magodo Phase II, Ketu - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- As an Executive Assistant at Bluewhale Multiservices Nig Ltd, You would provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the company’s executives.
- Your responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations.
- You wouldserve as a communication bridge between management, staff, and clients, while also assisting in the preparation of reports, project documentation, and executive-level presentations.
- In a fast-paced construction environment, youhelp streamline workflow and maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all tasks.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and send reminders.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
Communication Management:
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.
- Draft and send internal and external correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and staff.
Project & Operations Support:
- Assist in managing construction project timelines and task tracking.
- Coordinate with site managers and other departments for updates and reports.
- Help in the preparation of bids, proposals, or project documentation.
Meeting Coordination:
- Organize internal and external meetings, including taking minutes and tracking action points.
- Follow up on tasks assigned during meetings.
Documentation & Filing:
- Maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical) for contracts, client files, and reports.
- Ensure project documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Client & Vendor Relations:
- Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and scheduling site visits.
- Help in liaising with vendors, suppliers, or subcontractors as directed.
Other Duties Depending on Office Needs:
- Handle office supplies and basic facility management.
- Support in event planning (e.g., staff training, client meetings, or site tours).
technical admin tasks:
- Tracking materials delivery schedules.
- Helping prepare compliance documents (like safety forms or permits).
- Keeping records of project milestones or progress reports.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 3 - 10 years of work experience.

2.) Field Officer
Job Location: Onikan, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: Entry-level (No prior experience required)
Job Summary
- We are seeking a responsible and proactive Field Officer to be stationed at our project site in Onikan. The ideal candidate must reside in or around Onikan or in nearby neighborhoods for easy daily access to the site. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn, follow instructions, and maintain consistent site presence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a daily presence at the Onikan site during working hours
- Monitor ongoing site activities and report to supervisors or management as needed
- Keep basic site records (attendance, deliveries, work updates)
- Communicate site needs or concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with basic safety and site protocols
- Assist with coordination between workers, vendors, and company personnel
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum of an OND in any Engineering field
- Must be male (due to nature of site-specific tasks)
- Must live in Onikan or surrounding areas (eg. Surulere, obalende, ikoyi, lekki, Ebute meta, Yaba, Marina, Lagos Island, VI, CMS, Gbagada).
- Good communication and observation skills
- Punctuality, reliability, and integrity are a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic literacy (reading/writing) required
- Must be a Male

3.) Driver
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Company Driver is responsible for operating company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner to transport staff, goods, or documents as required. The role involves route planning, vehicle maintenance checks, and ensuring all transportation tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive company staff to and from assigned destinations.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage immediately.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials when necessary.
- Ensure timely delivery of items and prompt arrival at destinations.
- Transport goods, documents, and materials as instructed.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced.
- Follow assigned routes and adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle use, mileage, fuel, and repairs.
- Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting when needed.
- Comply with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / HND qualification
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle driven.
- Proven driving experience
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Must be between the ages of 24-37.
- Physically fit and able to lift packages when required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
Salary
N60,000 - N100,000 monthly.
