1.) Real Estate Manager

Job Description
- Our company is looking for an experienced and skilled Real Estate Manager to lead and supervise the real estate team and create business strategies for growth.
- You will be in charge of designing business strategies and managing all day-to-day operations to guarantee company efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties.
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
- Manage leasing activities and tenant relations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
- Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports.
- Conduct market analysis and property valuations.
- Negotiate leases, contracts, and agreements.

Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Property Management Related Degree.
- Checkable work experience in residential and commercial real estate letting and sales, and property management in Nigeria.

- Excellent customer service skills to provide both owners and tenants with the service and support they require
- Good marketing skills to effectively market properties.

- The AREM focuses on the selling or renting of properties. These may be commercial real estate or residential properties. The AREM market and show properties to prospective buyers or renters, negotiate contracts and execute sales agreements or leases.
Full Job Description
- The Assistant Property Manager will perform a variety of tasks pertaining to overall property maintenance and function.
- With the support and direction of the Property Manager, oversee housekeeping activities and standards.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, department managers.
- Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems continue operating properly.
- Obtains services of outside contractors when repairs require specialized training.
- Oversees general cleaning tasks in rental properties.
- Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Oversee timelines and projects which may include construction foreman, and representatives.
- Coordinate with contractors for general plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repairs to managed properties.
- Document expenses and communication properly and under the direction of the manager.
- Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.
- Oversee property projects and proceed with timelines and activities as per the direction of the REM.
