1.) Human Resources Executive
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Human Resources Executive is tasked with responsibilities connected with employee and resource management.
- The Human Resource Executive assists the HRM in the implementation of the company’s policies, recruitment, document and onboarding, disciplinary procedures, performance management, attendance and leave management while ensuring the company continues to meet its business and organizational target.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks, documentation, onboarding and job-related training
- Request offers for new intakes and handling of the documentation process
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, and new hire guides and maintain recruitment quotas of each department
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
- Managing employee exit processes
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
- Advice and counsel management and employees on work related issues
- Organizing orientation programs for new intakes
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Supporting departmental heads to ensure effective and continuous work flow for the business
- Preparation of payroll, compensation and benefits
- Preparation of monthly dashboards
- Respond to employees’ queries about HR-related issues, policies etc.
- Managing and updating of HR database; employee list, sick leaves, maternity leave, casual and annual leaves.
- Gathering of attendance, lateness report, absenteeism reports
- Work closely with HR manager to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Prepare comprehensive reports to the HR Manager
- Conducting 7s safety trainings for all staff
- Organizing and carrying out training and development programs for all staff and managers
- Participates in and organize HR projects such as team bonding, monthly meetings, staff birthdays etc.
- Handling promotion, transfers, exit interviews and exit clearance documentation.
- Handling HMO and Pension related issues for staffs.
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in microsoft office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- bility to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.

2.) Clinic Manager
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Position Summary
- This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, managing, supervising and evaluating staff and volunteers, ensuring quality patient care, implementing hospital policies and ensuring business development strategies, to ensure that all goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with policies and procedures.
- He/She will work under the direction of the MD Clinic and Administration to ensure all compliance and quality requirements are met.
- The role will ensure that there is consistently high standards of administrative service to patients irrespective of their referral route, which is embedded throughout the culture and working practices of the team.
Job Description
- Manages and oversees the administrative operations of the clinic and staff
- Provide a timely, efficient and courteous provision of Outpatient services to the agreed standards of the department, taking account of the patient/clients clinical, physical and cultural needs
- Develop, implement, and maintain clinic policies and procedures
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state & federal laws as well as all regulatory bodies
- Supervise clinical staff members ensuring patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, data entry and processing, and cash posting meet high standards
- Ensures that both Front and Back office process the patients timely and appropriately.
- Promote and deliver excellent customer service
- Responsible for the providing excellent service to the high-profile patients while they are attending the clinic
- Maintain strong and effective relationships and dialogue with all practicing consultants who deliver patient services
- Take an innovative approach to the development of services, maximising the use of digitalization to deliver excellent customer service
- Handles and resolves patients’ complaints/grievance as per policies and procedures.
- Monitors productivity and receivables
- Monitor new enrollment and ensures member retention
- Ensure the clinics site and medical records are always prepared for internal an external audits and inspection.
- Seeks opportunity to collaborate with other agencies in promoting the clinics services.
- Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic
- Maintain call and surgery schedule for providers
- Monitor purchase and restock office supplies
- Ensure all facility equipment are fully functional, otherwise report to the appropriate PIC
- Ensures dissemination of information to the clinic staff, providers and other divisional manager on any updates and/or changes of clinics protocols
- Attends management and staff meetings and other meetings as requested.
- Responsible for assuring accurate and timely entries of pertinent medical information on all patients: telephone encounters, reports and medical records from outside facilities, progress notes, refills/prescriptions, no-shows, and cancellations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of special clinic projects.
- Maintains Patient and employee confidentiality
- Ensuring that effective policies and procedures are in place and updated in line with regulations.
- Coordinate community events and information in conjunction with the Marketing team
- Keeping up to date with tenancies, liaising with managing agents and 3rd parties where required
- Support and engage in the recruitment of new staff members
- Manage, train and motivate new clinic staff from time to time
- Maintain staff work schedule to ensure adequate staffing and vacation schedule
- Assist in the development and implementation of special clinic projects Maintain a positive working relationship with staff.
- Ensure training and implementation of occupational and health safety procedures
- Check email upon arrival every morning
- Other duties as assigned by MD Clinical & Administration, Medical Director, or Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
- HND, BSc or BA in Business, Management, or a related field of study.
- 0 - 2 years of experience
- Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Outlook
- Healthcare management experience.

- Excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving , and conflict resolution skills.

3.) Business Development Executive

Position Summary
- This role will play a critical part in driving new business within the outpatient clinic care market, with a primary focus on increasing CareOne's client base and strategically growing our book of business in a specific region. Joining CareOne, you will immediately adopt ownership of an existing portfolio of customers and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying upsell opportunities within both products and service categories, winning new outpatient clinic business and ensuring targets and satisfaction levels are met.
Job Descriptions
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Work closely with the organization’s Clinical Lead and MD Operations to create an integrated approach to service transformation and business development.
- Identify and Maintain business risk opportunities in the healthcare sector and consistently contact existing clients
- Analyse the market and establish competitive advantages
- Formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities within the territory
- Travel within the designated territory as required to assess prospects and connect with customers
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients and facilitate the transition of any new client connections to maintain day-to-day interactions
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of our full line of product and service offerings in order to present our value proposition to multiple levels throughout potential accounts
- Identify, map and match business strengths to the needs of clients
- Prepare business proposals that focus on CAREONE's competitive advantage and value propositions to present to prospective clients
- collaborate with other teams to align Business Development plans with the corporate goals
- Assist in portfolio management of current customers and drive upsell opportunities
- Produce reports on the successes and areas requiring development in conjunction with the MD Operations, constantly review all activities, targets, and strategies in order to maximize results
- Having regular reviews with the customers/clients to monitor performance whilst documenting the information obtained.
- Engage in contract negotiation with account prospects and existing customers
- Conduct market research for business opportunities and viable income streams
- Keep abreast industry trends and competitor products to monitor the potential business impact
- Developing and agreeing suitable marketing campaigns
- Assist with various reporting tasks, administration and projects, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Developing a wide and strategic approach to customer satisfaction, and customer liaison. This includes but not limited to ensuring consistent and value-based presentation of the organization’s services to customers and a defined focus on the collection of business intelligence.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management experience
- 0-2 years of industry/clinical experience
- Strong negotiation skills

- Strong presentation skills with value-based selling confidence
- Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategies
