We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Senior, Architecture and Designs

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of the architectural and design strategy for all real estate development projects, encompassing everything from initial concept design to final delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as development, construction, and marketing, to ensure that design goals are aligned with project objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to the architecture and design team, cultivating a culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence.
• Supervise the selection and management of external design consultants and architects, guaranteeing adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Promote the integration of sustainable design principles and green building practices into all development projects.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and regulatory requirements to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• HND, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on real estate development projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-profile, complex projects within designated timeframe and budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting processes.
• Preferred experience with mixed-use, residential, and commercial real estate projects
• Membership in ARCON is considered an additional advantage.

3.) Metalwork Welder & Fabricator

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Carry out the fabrication and assembly of intricate metal structures, frames, and components following detailed specifications and blueprints.
• Ensure precise cutting, shaping, and welding of all metal components to seamlessly integrate them into the construction framework.
• Inspect completed products for any defects, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Utilize accurate measuring tools and techniques to ensure proper alignment and fit of metal components during the assembly process.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements and carry out tasks with precision.
• Make necessary adjustments and corrections to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum of a ND, HND, or B.Sc. from any recognized institution in Welding, fabrication, Metallurgy or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in metal fabrication, with a strong background in constructing and assembling metal frameworks for construction projects.
• Good knowledge of fabrication techniques and advanced welding skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in alignment and fit.
• Ability to operate and maintain various fabrication tools and machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
