We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Nurse Case Manager
Job Location: Karu OSS, Nasarawa

Job Description
- To provide technical support and capacity strengthening in HIV counseling and testing, HIV/STI prevention education, STI syndromic management, ART and PrEP adherence counseling, care and psycho-social support group services and HIV related health care services at the community and facility level.
Responsibilities
To support Diadem Consults Initiative Ltd/GTE, achieve the following:
- Support the integration of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment services (Pre & Post exposure prophylaxis services, ART, Sexually Transmitted Infections, Cryotherapy and screening for co-morbidities e.g. cervical cancer screening, TB screening, Hepatitis screening) to Key Populations in line with current World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations and national guidelines both at the One-Stop-Shop and through community ART teams and report performance indicators as appropriate.
- Elicit for sexual partners from all clients newly enrolled and currently on treatment.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices, lessons learned and results and highlight the success of community based comprehensive HIV prevention, treatment and care among key populations.
- Provide psychosocial support and trauma informed care and support, treatment, and referral services to Key affected population.
- Provide STI syndomic management to PLHIV on the field and in the OSS.
- Provide comprehensive triage (in-clinic and/or mobile) and clinical assessment service to clients resulting in safe and appropriate clinical decisions that reflect their healthcare needs.
- Initiate appropriate nursing interventions (e.g. first aid and emergency interventions) to improve client outcomes and secure the safety of clients and clinic staff
- Make recommendations for care utilizing approved SOPs and protocols
- Where referrals for other healthcare services are necessary, support arrangements for the appropriate service via the appropriate referral system
- Act as the client advocate during the assessment process, identifying potential risk factors for clients (including GBV and other welfare issues) for referrals the appropriate service following agreed processes
- Deal professionally and sensitively with highly personal, delicate, confidential and sometimes complex issues
- Create new medical records including clients’ treatment information and other relevant parameters
- Document accurate and concise clinical summary that outlines reasons for visit, decisions reached, relevant client history and follow up appointments with timescale given to client.
- Part of the retention and case management team in monitoring adherence; working with clients and other health service providers to address difficulties
- Doubles as Focal person for GBV and STI including all electronic and hard-copy documentations and reporting.
Qualifications
- Level of Education - Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience
- Current registration with the Nursing and MidwiferyCouncil of Nigeria
- Experience in public health and infectious diseases
- General Communication, supervisory and interpersonal skill level - Excellent.

2.) Logistics Officer (Driver)
Job Location: Obio-Akpor, KP OSS, Rivers

Job Description
- The Logistics Officer shall provide transportation to project staff and consultants to and from the field, meetings, airport and other activities to implement the project.
Responsibilities
To support Diadem Consults Initiative Ltd/GTE achieve the following:
- Drive responsibly at all times.
- Provide transfers to local staff traveling on project business and to project consultants from and to the airport.
- Ensure that the vehicle use is in accordance with the project’s vehicle use policy.
- Ensure all car documents, registrations, insurance are correct and up to date.
- Record vehicle movement and purchases of fuel and lubricants accurately in the vehicle logbook.
- Avoid fines for improper parking or other motoring offenses.
- Keep driving license current and unblemished.
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean, secure, and good condition.
- Ensure that the vehicle is equipped with adequate fuel and supplies at all times.
- Monitor the need for servicing of, and repairs to the vehicle.
- Make the necessary arrangements with the authorities and corresponding reports in the event of an accident.
- Provide timely transportation.
- Coordinate with the Finance assistant to follow up and execute driver planning and scheduling using means of scheduling as assigned, keep a logbook of all vehicle use and travel, and register transportation requests.
- Assist the Finance team to deliver purchase orders, payment transfers to the bank and/or suppliers, conduct petty cash purchases for minor office expenditure.
- Support the office assistant in planning meetings and proactively assist the team on the projects.
- Run project errands related to courier, picking up office supplies, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the senior program officer.

3.) Pharmacist
Job Location: Mabushi, KP OSS, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- The Pharmacist will work in the Pharmacy Unit to ensure excellent delivery of pharmaceutical care and uninterrupted supply of anti-retroviral medications at the field or community and facility level.
- S/he will support the integration of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment services (Pre & Post exposure prophylaxis services, ART, Sexually Transmitted Infections) to Key Populations in line with current World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations and national guidelines both at the One-Stop-Shop, DICs and through community ART teams and report performance indicators as appropriate.
- Contributing to decision making on treatment and care for individual clients
- Ensure Good Pharmaceutical Practice (GPP) and standards
- Contribute to forecasting /quantification of health commodities and monitoring of drug distributions
- S/he will dispense Antiretroviral drugs (ARVs) and other medications in line with approved regimens and standards in appropriate packaging with clear instructions.
- S/he will provide medication-related counseling, including reinforcing adherence and advising on potential side effects and drug interactions.
- Ensure clients retention in care by Identifying and supporting follow-up of clients who do not return for refills of their ARVs and those who have experienced Interruption in Treatment (IIT).
- Oversee drug logistics i.e., stock-taking, proper drug storage, drug stock out and monitor the effectiveness of the pull system
- Assess the functionality of existing pharmaceutical management systems and develop implementation plans that prioritize and address gaps
- Oversee quality assurance systems at the OSS by close monitoring of prescription patterns, ensuring proper documentation, side effects monitoring (pharmacovigilance) and reducing dispensing errors.
- Identify needs for information resources—for example, ART guidelines and drug information for medication counseling.
- Address emerging problems as client numbers increase
- S/he is an essential part of the retention and case management team in monitoring adherence; working with clients and other health service providers to address difficulties.
- Ensure timely submission of quality reports through the appropriate channels.
- Doubles as focal persons for TB_PREV including proper electronic and hardcopy documentations.
- Undertake other activities as assigned by the Program Manager or Senior Technical Lead.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in care and treatment of HIV/AIDS at the clinical level, a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS thematic areas.
- (B.Pharm) is required. A Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH) or related field will be an added advantage.
- Experience with clinical research, ARV programs and familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems are also required.
