EcoNation Processing Nigeria Limited is a leading recycled PET flake supplier. We are on a mission to tackle the world’s plastic pollution problem by driving ethical plastic collection, recycling, and reprocessing. We collect food grade plastic from a variety of sources, including beaches, landfills, and recycling centers. We then recycle and reprocess this plastic into high-quality food grade hot washed PET flakes. By recycling plastic, we are helping to reduce the amount of plastic waste that ends up in our landfills and oceans. We are also helping to conserve energy and natural resources.
We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Production & HSE Supervisor
Job Location: Bayelsa
Employment Type: Part-time
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the safe operation of production equipment.
- Monitors production area activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Supervises temporary/indirect workers or other employees assigned.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Co-ordinate activities with warehouse department
- Recommends and fabricates improvements to recycling equipment.
- Compiles data, produces reports including the type and quantity of materials processed.
- Arrange for preventive maintenance or repair work (if required)
- Train indirect workers in duties and policies.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Maintain inventory levels, ensure orders for spare parts, equipment and supplies are raised in timely manner.
- Plan, organize and oversee stock transfer and raw/finished product handling to and from the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- 3 years of work experience.

2.) Inventory Supervisor
Job Location: Bayelsa
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee the safe operation of equipment such as balers, forklifts, pallet trucks, and any other equipment used to sort, stack, and move recyclable materials or finished products.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Resolve warehouse operations related problems.
- Train indirect workers in duties and policies
- Conduct performance reviews
- Maintain inventory levels, ensure orders for raw materials, equipment and supplies are raised in timely manner.
- Plan, organize and oversee stock transfer and raw/finished product handling across the site.
- Co-ordinate activities with production department
- Prepare and submit inventory reports.
- Ensure smooth operation of the warehouse and other equipment/machinery.
- Arrange for preventive maintenance or repair work (if required)
- Coordinate delivery/unloading of raw materials with the vendors via the Field Development Lead/Field Officers
- Process invoices, bills of lading and other related paperwork

3.) Operations Lead
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of critical business workflows, developing specifications/guidelines and resolving escalations.
- Implement continued process improvement and re-engineer processes in collaboration with policy, tools, training to increase performance and standardization.
- Lead deep dive and root cause analyses to identify operational gaps and develop recommendations for solutions.
- Develop, document, communicate, implement, and monitor processes based on business goals/objectives and ensure compliance.
- Conduct business performance reviews; make recommendations on improving policies, procedures and develop plans to scale business operations.
- Research and recommend channels to reduce production cost, eliminate errors and ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure hiring plans meet business needs.
- Contribute to strategic projects to drive internal quality and efficiency metrics and execute with cross-functional teams.
- Plan inventory and oversee plant and warehouse efficiency.
- Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
- Perform quality controls; develop and monitor production KPIs.
- Consider the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans.
- Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards.
- Collate data from various department; interpret data by generating current company picture and project future company and market strategy.
- Performs other duties as required.
