1.) Finance Controller
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description
- We are looking for a results-driven and confident Financial Controller to manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations.
- Duties for the Financial Controller will include managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analysing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, reporting to investors and stakeholders and ensuring accuracy of financial information.

2.) Human Resources Business Manager
Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Plan, organize and control all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Implement and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget); analyze compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.
- Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintain handbook on policies and procedures; perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow.
- Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing; write and place advertisements.
- Establish and maintain department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as seminars. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
- Evaluate reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Champion and drive implementation of organization’s culture.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Human Resources or a related field. Professional certification is an advantage

3.) Business Development Manager
Job Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate business ideas aimed at maximizing company’s revenue.
- Ensure excellent service delivery to grow client base.
- Keep client database and give reports on it increase on monthly basis.
- Assist in actualizing product/project line in all locations.
- Generate framework for business expansion and sustainability.
- Develop a competitive intelligence document of competitors
- Process client complaints and provide timely feedback.
- Prepare business proposals and bids for potential customers.
- Prepare monthly reports on business development and relationship management.
- Develop and sustain viable business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Liaise with other units to ensure activities are carried out effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Chief Executive Officer.

4.) Operations Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Account Responsibilities
Main tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure the standardization of PASS operating procedures across all the Emergency Operations base
- Check and ensure that PASS is meeting and exceeding agreed KPI with clients in all locations (Bonny, NLNG; Shell Bonny Terminal; Shell- Soku; Shell – Garan and other locations).
- Carrying out initial assessment audit of new operations for Gap analysis and proper documentation of all resources on site (Human and Equipment).
- Ensure that personnel competency is maintained all time and all equipment are working optimally.
- Also contribute to the expansion of the business with existing clients and new ones
- Any other duties as assigned to you based on requests from customers about their projects
- Business Expansion to other National Oil Companies.
- Operational initiatives for optimization services delivery cost to client through for cost reduction measures.
- Liaising with the client to ensure the identified Gaps are closed out on agreed terms.
- Liaising with the Other subcontractors for equipment maintenance and supplies to ensure unhindered operations.
- Ensure that personnel and trained as at when due.
- Focus on building partnership or representative agreement with major OEM for firefighting equipment and appliances.
- Self-Development Responsibilities
- Responsible for continuously developing competencies in relevant areas pertaining to the job through self-effort, supplemented by training provided by the company
Functional/Technical:
- Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Fire Prevention Systems and Fire Suppression Systems
- Good knowledge of Project Management
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge: Must be tech savvy
- Knowledge in managing the operations and processes of an organization.
- Technical knowledge of the specific area of assignment and of overall company activities

- Possession of additional professional qualifications in Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Fire Prevention Systems and Fire Suppression Systems will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in Oil and Gas Industry is an added advantage
