We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Medical Lab Scientist
Job Location: Chevron, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- To perform clinical laboratory tests by standardized procedure. Analyzing blood tissues and fluids, conducting blood tests.
- Setting up and testing sterility of medical laboratory product or equipment and analyzing test results and recording test data.
Responsibilities
- Organize work by matching orders with specimen labeling; sorting specimens; checking labeling; logging specimens; arranging reports for delivery; keeping work surfaces clean and orderly.
- Maintaining a sterile laboratory environment to avoid any cross contamination of specimens on samples.
- Maintain quality results by running standards and controls, verifying equipment function through routine equipment maintenance and advanced trouble shooting; calibrating equipment utilizing approved testing procedures; monitoring quality control measures and protocols.
- Provide test results for patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Provide test results for patient diagnosis and treatment byoperating haematology, urinalysis, and coagulation equipment; performing manual methods of differentials.
- Provide physician with information for treatment of patient infection by performing technical procedures for the identification or susceptibility of bacteria, parasites, fungi, and mycobacteria.
- Ensure the patient of receiving compatible blood/blood components by completing blood typing, antibody screening, compatibility testing, and antibody identification procedures.
- Contribute to a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, physicians and co-workers by following established standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Maintain patient confidence by keeping laboratory information confidential.
- Adherence to organizational policies and procedures, professional standards, federal, state, and local requirements standards.
- Take inventory of laboratory supplies and ensure adequate stock levels for essential commodities
- Preparing of daily/weekly report of all laboratory investigations
- Enhance laboratory services and organization’ reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different tasks; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science Degree (BMLS)
- A minimum 1+ year of working experience in similar Role
- Must be registered with the medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria
- Must possess a practicing License
- The ideal candidate MUST be resident in ChevronLekki, Ajah or environs.
- Good documentation and effective laboratory quality management system skills
- Effective Laboratory data Management and research skills
- A team player and accountable for the quality and integrity of laboratory Services.
Salary
N180,000 - N300,000 per month.

2.) Beauty Advisor
Job Locations: Chevron Lekki / OPIC - Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- The Beauty Advisor will support customers with skincare and beauty product recommendations, maintain attractive and well-stocked displays, drive product sales, and ensure an excellent and personalized shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers and provide tailored recommendations on skincare and beauty products.
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits to improve customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
- Stay updated on new product arrivals and beauty care trends.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall store performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND, or B.Sc. in a science-related discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.).
- Must have completed NYSC
- Experience not required, training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of skincare routines or beauty products is an added advantage.
- Must reside around OPIC, Berger, Arepo, Magboro and environs (for OPIC branch) or Chevron, Ikota, Lekki, Ajah and environs (for Chevron branch).
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart appearance, confidence, and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Available for immediate resumption.

3.) Pharmacist
Job Location: Chevron, Lagos

Job Summary
- Driving Innovation and strategies for sales growth in retail pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Provides pharmaceutical care through a thorough review of prescriptions as well as through patient counselling for maximum benefits.
- Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner for easy identification of drugs and sundries.
- Maintain full control over inventory movement to prevent product deterioration and expiry.
- Drive the marketing and sale of services like rapid health checks.
- Drive innovation and keep the company abreast of recent trends in the Health Sector.
- Achieve overall revenue growth, and category growth and drive branch profitability.
- Keep abreast of advancements in medicine by attending conferences and seminars and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must have completed or is currently undergoing the mandatory NYSC program.
- The ideal candidate must be resident around Ikota, Lekki, Ajah and environs
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office and Pharmacy information systems.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Integrity and compassion.
- Valid license to practice the profession.
