We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Recovery Officer


Job Locations: Ajah, Lagos Island and Agege axis - Lagos
Reporting to: Head of Recovery

Objective

  • To perform diligently, the cash office function that would enhance the financial control environment of the organisation whilst contributing to add value, exceeding customer expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Follow up with past due obligation as allocated by Head of Recovery.
  • Providing Feedback to the head of recovery on loan delinquency issues.
  • Regular visit to defaulting facility holders until liquidated.
  • Conducting intelligent survey and investigation of suspected portfolio.
  • Critical review on allocated portfolio and propose a workout strategies towards repayment.
  • Assisting Head of Recovery on day to day operations.
  • Monitoring of ongoing facilities and notifying credit officers on credit status in terms of expired facilities and maturing dates.
  • Verification of customers' details and addresses for record keeping purpose to ease recovery in the event of default.
  • Prepare required reports and information as specified by the superior.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Attend to additional official duties which is not mentioned above and assigned by the management time to time, in line with the business, procedures, policies, guidelines and practices of the Company.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of all information pertaining to Company and the Organization obtained externally or internally during employment and refrain from divulging same to any third party.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma is preferred.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience as recovery officer.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

2.) Regional Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Objectives

  • Regional manager is responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.
  • As a regional manager, your duties also include guiding market facing staff in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and loan portfolio reports.
  • Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
  • Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
  • Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
  • Manage and oversee our business operations in an assigned region.
  • Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
  • Recruiting, training, and supporting general managers as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
  • Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
  • Take the ownership of maintaining a harmonious industrial relationship within all the branches in his/ her region

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a similar field preferred.
  • 3 - 5 cognate years of management and leadership experience.
  • Microfinance experience is a must.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must have wide networks of customer base with track records of huge volume loan disbursement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3.) Head of Retail Liabilities

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • To support the Head of Liabilities in managing the sales/branch network and meet CASA and fee goals of the bank.

Job Responsibilites

  • To grow CASA for the bank.
  • To grow the Fee income for the bank.
  • Help the bank in setting up the contact centre.
  • Set up KPI’s of the branch sales team, in consultation with the Head of Liabilities.
  • Increase the non - interest income by strengthening/modifying existing products and exploring new product/services lines.
  • Support the bank in launching and managing the preferred banking division.
  • Hire, train, motivate, track and manage performance of the branch sales team in collaborationwith the Head of Liabilitiesand with the help of HR.
  • Set up a Daily Operating Rhythm for the sales team at branches.

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources effectively and within budget.

Independent Decisions:

  • Collaboration with management & Head of Liability
  • Managing & training the Branch Sales Team.
  • Regular contact withCorporate staff and Branch staff
  • Frequent contact with various vendors.

Requirements / Skills

  • Master's in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience as Retail head, Sales Head or a regional head of a bank
  • Conversant with Savings Mobilization.
