We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Human Resources Assistant 

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Role Description


  • The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR functions, including assisting with HR management, maintaining HR information systems (HRIS), administering benefits, and coordinating training programs.
  • The role may also involve tasks such as employee onboarding, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration
  • Skills in coordinating and delivering Training programs
  • Knowlege of Nigeria labour law act.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

2.)  Pharmacy Technician

Job Locations: Lagos Island, Lagos
Job Title: Full-Time (On-site)

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Technician located in Lagos Island.
  • The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for managing prescriptions, assisting pharmacists with daily tasks, ensuring proper inventory control, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Day-to-day tasks include preparing medications, labeling and organizing drug inventory, and addressing patient inquiries and needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician or relevant qualification preferred
  • 2-3 years of experince and Licensed to practice
  • Prescription management and Pharmacy Technician skills
  • Strong Inventory Control abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.

3.) Medical Officer

Job Locations: Lagos
Job Title: Full-Time

Job Description

  • Job openings for a Medical Officer with an outstanding medical knowledge and excellent counseling skills.
  • The Job holder may refer to a specialist/consultant when they need further diagnosis or treatment 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient’s medical problems by referring to their history.
  • Participate in all treatment and preventative health care services as delegated and agreed upon the supervising medical Director 
  • Maintaining accurate documentation using EMR
  • Interview Patients , take medical histories, perform physical examination, analyze,diagnose, and explain medical problems during consultation, interpret results under the supervision of the medical Director and referral, where necessary.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
  • Explaining procedures or prescribed treatment to patients 
  • Liaising with other medical professionals in the hospital.
  • Formulate and diagnosed treatment plans, in consultation with or referring to supervising Doctors as appropriate.
  • Give clinical instruction to other clinical teams as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Medicine from an accredited University.
  • Candidate should posses an MBSS qualification with 13 years of experience 
  • Compulsory completion of Nysc
  • The candidate should have Uptodate registration and license to practice medicine from the MDCN(Nigerian Medical and Dental Council Associations)
  • Knowledge of general medicine
  • Computer literacy 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Fantastic counseling and listening skills 
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
