1.) Plumbing Maintenance Officer

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes and piping networks, including PVC, UPVC, Galvanized steel, Cast-iron, and PPR pipes.
• Assist in the acquisition of plumbing materials on sites are judiciously utilized to ensure that they were used for the original purpose
• Manage water supply systems and sewage works, ensuring proper functionality and addressing issues promptly.
• Collaborates with contractors, and electricians in installing and repairing plumbing
• Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
• Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment to prevent failures and downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems, such as leaks, clogs, and damaged fixtures, with efficiency and precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas and equipment storage to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Communication, honesty, responsibility, collaboration and awareness is key in any task.
• Undertake any other relevant duties as directed by the Facility Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in plumbing maintenance and water treatment, with a strong understanding of plumbing principles and practices.

Requirements/Skills:

• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment, such as pipe wrenches, cutters, and plungers, to perform tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues accurately and implement appropriate solutions.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 / Month.

2.) Facility Manager

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Description

• The position will be responsible for providing assistance to ensure the day management and operation by overseeing the general maintenance of all the estate residence facilities and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
A summary of role’s responsibility is as follows:

• Maintain all facilities and equipment within the system and their related issues including,record keeping, repairs, and supervision of personnel working within the facility premises.
• Maintain records of all assets and conditions of occupancy including sourcing andrenewal of residence for both expatriates and local staff.
• Coordinate and monitor the services of outsourced companies e.g., Security andcleaning companies.
• Supervise support staff at the head office in the orderly discharge of their duties e.g.,janitorial staff
• Monitor the services of domestic workers in the their accommodation
• Responsible for the monthly payment for Utility such as Energy used, waste disposaland cable subscription.
• Undertake routine preventative maintenance and respond promptly to reactivemaintenance requirements.
• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all.
• Follow-up on timelines to ensure periodic services such as generator, fire extinguisher etc.
• Energy management: ensure adherence to managing energy sources – turning off lights, putting off equipment, and use of inverter to the firm’s advantage
• Assist with special projects related to office facilities, including office construction and refurbishments and vendor biding processes
• Maintain and update fire safety policy as well as HSE policies which are to be communicated to staff and new employees, interns at all times.
• Perform daily inspections and identify and address issues to ensure a clean and safework environment for staff members.
• Coordinate and schedule equipment and building repairs, installations, and maintenancework with vendors and appropriate in-house staff
• Manage unplanned maintenance, repair and recovery for the facility as required within the shortest possible time.
• Manage and ensure routine fumigation of estate.
• Ensure that basic facilities, such as water, sewer and waste are well maintained
• Prepare weekly report of facility activities
• Undertake any other relevant duties as directed by the Senior Manager/Company.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess B.Eng./HND in Facility Management, or Building Engineering or any other related discipline with 2-5 years of experience.
• Professional certification in Facility Management is an added advantage.

Requirements/Skills:

• Good knowledge of Facilities and space administration.
• Experience in office management software like MS Office.
• Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skill.
• Good team player.
• Attention to details.

Salary
N120,000 - 140,000 Monthly.

3.) Electrical Technician

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Overview

• In this role, you will be responsible for creating, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment. A critical element in this role is calibrating instruments to adapt to the specific needs of a resident or job.
• Success in this role will be demonstrated by following blueprints and instructions to develop and maintain systems with minimal downtime.

Job Description

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Conducts general electrical maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with other technicians to optimize electrical systems and equipment.

• Knowledge of electrical safety codes and regulations.

• Experience with electrical testing and measurement equipment.
• Experience with electrical power distribution systems.

Salary
