We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Head of Sourcing & Supply Chain

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job type: Full-time


Purpose of the Job

  • Head of Sourcing and Supply Chain is responsible for End-to-End supply chain activities of PFM business and working closely with BU Head, TIQ, Operations and Sales for Demand planning, production scheduling, Warehouse storage, Dispatch and transportation across all the production sites & Depots.

The Job

  • PFM/EPFM BU Supply Chain Head responsible for End-to-End activities from Plan-Source-Produce-Store-Dispatch. 
  • Responsible for Demand planning with liaise with BU head, Sales & Operations team. 
  • Responsible for Logistics transportation operations across locations. 
  • Responsible for S&OP deployment by working with Sales and Operations team involving BU Head and drive the team for best customer service with OTIF measurement. 
  • Responsible for ensuring Raw material planning and availability across the locations without stock out which include imported ingredients. 
  • Working closely with TIQ for the by-product's inclusion into formulation by strategic sourcing and ensure PFM BU plan on cost savings initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree and/or MBA in Supply Chain Management.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years in Supply Chain warehouse, Logistics and Transport management.
  • Experience in the Food, Feed or FMCG Industry will be an added advantage.

2.) Security Manager

Job Location: Apapa, Lagos

Purpose of the Job

  • To oversee the protection of company assets and subsidiaries, ensuring the prevention of losses, safeguarding resources, and maintaining operational integrity to support the organization's long-term goals. 

The Job

  • Implement and uphold the company's security policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment for all employees, assets, and operations. 
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all security equipment to guarantee operational efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, external security providers, and relevant stakeholders to strengthen overall security measures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of outsourced security personnel, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols. 
  • Monitor criminal activity, investigate internal security breaches, and take appropriate actions to address and resolve security incidents. 
  • Ensure strict compliance with the company’s security protocols by all personnel and visitors. 

Qualifications

  • BSc / HND in any discipline. 
  • Computer literacy is an added advantage. 

Experience:

  • 2 years of cognate experience. 
  • Certification in security related discipline is an added advantage.

3.) HR Advisor

Job Location: Apapa, Lagos

Purpose of the Job 

  • To provide agile, high-quality shared services, HR administrative support for businesses, people & Center of Excellence (COE) being a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding Shared Services and employee life-cycle transaction. 

The Job 

  • Draft and ensure various correspondence, including resignation letters, transfers, relocations, promotions, introduction letters, and disciplinary notices, while updating employee records in M-File, HRIS, and physical files. 
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and labor regulations across all HR transactions. 
  • Conduct verification processes for employee records and claims, including O’Level, first-degree qualifications, NYSC certificates, and references from previous employer 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's HR policies, procedures, and their practical application. 
  • Manage the absence management process, ensuring all requests are processed in alignment with approval requirements. 
  • Provide tailored solutions for non-standard or complex HR inquiries and requests, documenting resolutions for future reference.  
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of all HR-related transactions and sensitive information. 

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, or any related course. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 

Experience: 

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role. 
  • Certification in CIPM is an added advantage

4.) Security Assistant

Job Location: Apapa, Lagos

Purpose of the Job

  • To carry out protection of assets to ensure the prevention of all forms of loss within the company and its subsidiaries.

The Job

  • Implement and enforce the company’s security policies to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all security equipment to guarantee operational efficiency.
  • Manage and enforce vehicular traffic control procedures within company premises to ensure order and safety.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of outsourced security personnel, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents or breaches, documenting findings and implementing preventive measures.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the company’s security protocols by all personnel and visitors.

Qualifications

  • SSCE, OND. 
  • Computer literacy is an added advantage. 

Experience:

  • 2 years of cognate experience.

5.) Workshop Supervisor

Job Location: Apapa, Lagos

Purpose of the Job

  • To carry out an effective mechanical repair, maintenance, reconditioning, and fabrication of various milling machinery including blowers, airlocks gearboxes etc. 

The Job 

  • Creating work schedules and providing precise timelines for completing work orders. 
  • Managing technicians’ workloads to achieve optimal utilization and prompt delivery. 
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by complying with all HSE regulations, policies, and procedures. 
  • Conducting health and safety as well as housekeeping audits and reporting findings. 
  • Performing repairs, reconditioning, overhauling, and fabrication of machinery, including blowers, airlocks, and gearboxes, in the workshop. 
  • Maintaining an accessible and accurate record of all repair activities and preparing periodic reports. 
  • Providing technical instruction, training, and supervision within the workshop. 
  • Maintaining maintenance records and preparing reports as required. 

Qualifications

  • 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings/NABTEB/ Trade test
  • OND in Sciences or Engineering. 

The Person Must: 

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Assessing rotating and other equipment accurately to ensure functionality. 
  • Overhauling/repair of rotary lobe positive displacement blowers (Aerzen, Robuschi). 
  • Ability to investigate and identify root causes behind nonconformities and machinery breakdowns. 
  • Be able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
