We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Account / Admin Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial record, including ledgers, journals and statements
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecast
- Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and
- cash flow statements
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the organization
- Schedule meetings and manage the organizational calendars
- Conduct internal audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Manage accounts payable and receivables
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards and laws
- Keep track of office inventory and place orders when necessary
- Any other duties as instructed by the Managing Director
Education and Requirements
- Minimum of Higher National Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum of One (1) year of experience working in the same capacity
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good Management skills

2.) Admin Executive

Job Location: Ilasamaja. Lagos

Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day office activities.
- Ensuring the office environment is organized and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Managing office equipment maintenance and ordering supplies as needed.
- Handling filing, documentation and maintaining records both physical and digital.
- Prepare invoices, receipts and other financial documents.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Managing correspondence (emails, phone calls and other communications).
- Maintaining employee records.
- Managing the PR related activities.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
- Any other duties as instructed by the Managing Director
Requirements
- Must possess minimum of Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in similar position
- Must be able to coordinate all administrative matters
- Ability to work under less supervision or no supervision
- Ability to take initiatives
- Must reside in Lagos on the Mainland

3.) Field Sales Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively seeking new clients or markets for power engineering solutions.
- Presenting product demonstrations and explaining the technical benefits of products/services to prospective customers.
- Offering technical advice and support to clients during the sales process.
- Conducting thorough needs analysis and providing tailored solutions to address client-specific challenges.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Preparing technical quotes, proposals, and other necessary documentation for clients.
- Working closely with internal engineering or product teams to ensure client needs are met and to address any technical issues.
- Engaging in fieldwork to assess client needs, troubleshoot issues and finalize product installations or upgrades.
- Any other duties as instructed by the Managing Director
Education and Requirements
- Must possess minimum of Higher National Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering courses
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in similar position
- Certifications in Sales and Marketing will be an advantage
- Ability to work under less supervision or no supervision
- Ability to take initiatives
- Must reside in Lagos on the Mainland
